I need help

I'm not properly diagnosed with autism but I've always had signs of it and when I took the RAADS-R I got a score of 200

Some days I feel like I can't talk but I push myself to do it even though I feel uncomfortable. I don't know what to do.

I open Twitter for less than a second.
