I saw a post that said “it isn’t my responsibility to rebuild a bond that i didn’t break” and damn I felt that
vibing with someone who got the same goofy energy as u is so damn therapeutic
1. Getting your self esteem from others.
2. Constantly attacking and putting yourself down.
3. Thinking that others are better than you.
4. Expecting things to not turn out well.
5. Living in the past.
6. Fearing the future.
7. Being afraid of change.
Just because the past didn’t turn out like you wanted it to, doesn’t mean your future can’t be better than you ever imagined.
