i was thinking about how many tourists must get akumatised in the mlb universe and how they would be able to understand ladybug and chat noir. then i remembered that adrien speaks like a billion languages so this is canon to me.

we don’t appreciate kim enough he’s just a walking shitpost

- claimed to be able to run faster than a panther

- he can stick his toe in his ear… and demonstrated it onscreen for us…

- just falls asleep in meditation classes bless him

- the entire city got flash-flooded within seconds so he just.. jumped straight in the water? because he felt like it? good grief

- and then a frickin evil yandere mermaid kidnapped him and he was just like yeah sure I’ll snog her

- (and then got distracted by thinking about a sharknado ripoff like seriously wtf was the syren episode)

- in the despair bear scene when sabrina was possessed and running after chloe, kim was basically like “if you want to brush her hair then yOU HAVE TO FIGHT ME FIRST” omg child

- oh and he thought he could outrun someone who was on rollerskates… and was a very sore loser when he lost… what even goes through his brain

- doesn’t know what a metaphor is. bear in mind his closest friend is smart enough to have built a sentient robot.

- did I mention him wanting to race a panther, I can’t get over how wild that was

- he just shows off about everything all the time just watch him in the background of like animan and zombizou and basically every other episode

- oblivious dumb dork, he could give adrien a run for his money

- did you notice that in copycat he saw marinette sneaking the phone into adrien’s bag? he knows. kim knows.

- ugh how could I forget he offered to teach a robot how to swim by kicking its arms and legs like a frog – a robot, who is allergic to water and only has one arm and that’s it

- when he took off his swimming cap his hair just sprung right back into perfection formation instantly it was great

- what an absolute ledge

So either marinette never stopped suspecting luka new her identity OR she trusted luka to understand everything for one message
