Hello yes so op I noticed in the tags you asked if the transformation was hurting them so I would just like to state that if we're going off lore then yes, very badly at that.

tw: Body horror and slight talk of wanting to die/be dead

So try to imagine if you can: the bones of your body snapping and growing rapidly out of place forcing your normal legs, arms, feet and hands into positions they where never supposed to bend to, the pores on your skin burning as hair is forced out of them to make fur(that includes your face), the cartledge and bone on your face cracking apart and shifting, elongating to make a snout and ears, your jaw would probably snap out of place to make way for bigger sharper teeth, the thinner parts of your skin probably would tare away during these processes leaving you in bleeding agony while you wait for this to all stop, all while slowly losing mental functionality knowing what you'll become but not being able to stop it in any way.

Lore wise this is a small sum up of the type of pain lycanthropy could cause and a lot of the pain has to do with the mental state of the person suffering through it. In many novels the person suffering would often repeat how much they want to die and that death would be better compared to the hell the pain of transforming would cause the individual.

There is more I could ramble on about but this is the best way to summarize. Hope that helps clear some stuff up!

If I had a nickel for every time a dog directly taught me emotional values and to respect my own and other peoples emotions in the format of weird stop motion animation, then I would have two (2) nickels. Which isn't a lot but its weird that its happened twice.

Okay yeah so I got this shit three days ago it hurts SUPER bad! But I'm just ultra sensitive to stuff like touch. My mother, sister, and step dad were sore for like one day now no more soreness. I also have a phobia of needles soooooo my brain is also just telling me I'm gonna die. Altogether the worst pain is the side affects (hehe skz) if you get any. I had bad headaches and body stiffness on the first day now I'm just really off balance (but that could just be the iron deficiency acting out), my brother had a high temp the day after the vaccine and his boyfriend did as well he also has a locked up arm(as in the can't really move it at the moment), and my mom threw everything up the day after the vaccine. Other then what I said above everything is going alright.

The following are some stuff I use during my normal health issues as well as came in handy for the vaccine, I just thought it could help some people who are going in for theirs soon:

- After the shot try and keep your arm in motion as much as you can, bend your arm so your fist touches your chest (kinda like chicken dance lol) and rotate your elbow in wide slow circles (this will help not make your arm lock up like my bros bf, its still gonna be stiff but it helps in the long run)

- The headaches can feel like someone put your brain in a jar and shook it so try not to move to quickly whether that be walking fast, sitting up to quick, or turning your head to fast. Light kinda depends on you so you might need to sit in darkness for awhile you might not

- I recommend trying to get a little sun on the second or third day, sitting outside for a little usually makes me feel a bit better cause you can start losing lots of vitamin D without realizing it (D3 vitamins also can be good if you work all day and can't get out much)

- Take a hot shower (w/ supervision if your feeling dizzy that or sit in your shower/tub) if you feel achy or stiff DON'T TAKE PAIN MEDS unless you feel you really need them as they can mess with the vaccine sometimes and can make it hard for it to work

- Stock up on some teas and your energy drink of choice before the vaccine, you might get stomach problems (the tea is to help prevent further problems but doesn't always help. throwing up makes you loose a lot of liquid so energy drinks or pedialyte is good for making up what you lost).

- If your overheating to a bad level (like high 90- 100s) but can't afford the hospital trip dunk yourself in a bath of ice water for a little, it will drop your temp down (again have someone on stand by because you could pass out from the temp shift)

I tried to pick small stuff you can do with a busy schedule because I know a lot of people have full time jobs or lots of school work. STAY SAFE EVERYONE!!!💙💙💙

Yusuke is pretty and probably attracts a lot of "he's super pretty but he's so weird! Whatever I can fix it when he's my bf" type of people. Its not uncommon for shallow people to try and change the ones they find "aesthetically pleasing on the eyes but can't hold a single conversation with them cause their weird" type of people just cause they don't like their personality but they still want the super hot/pretty person just to show off like a trophy. Long and short of it all is Yusuke probably gets ignored by his peers and has no school friends because he's a bit weird but they still think he's pretty and want to date him they just don't like him as a person.

So in the mementos dialogue Yusuke says that everyone at his school avoids him.

Yet on Valentine's day he apparently got chocolates.

Makes sense.

Futaba being Yusuke's big spoon is like peak big brain. My boy Yusuke probably hasn't been held in someones arms since he was three without it being some bullshit that built his stockholm issues. And Futaba needs to be able to stay grounded and to know that everything is real and not going to disappear, that she's not hurt and alone anymore. What better way to fix this touch starvation then by wrapping yourself around your willowy date mate like an octopus and not letting go so both of you can self heal.

Alright so my brother and I make jokes like this constantly to the point where one of my characters is just this joke. Pretty much the thought process is that every time they try to tell someone their gender more and more ridiculous shit happens to prevent it from being heard and then they just say "but I prefer if you just call me Z" almost like the universe is keeping it a secret. The thought process is that you don't need to know Z's gender to accept them and respect that they just want to be called Z. As you should with everyone if they want you to use pronouns, use them. If they prefer to just be called by their name, just use their name.

First off, this isn’t meant to water down ryuji s character and never will be. He’s one of my favorite characters and is easily one of the most misunderstood character second to morgana.

Part 1

If I had to give Ryuji and American name it would have to be Ryan. Not just because it starts with an R but also because just aesthetically.

Ryan

On the track and field team not only in cannon but in his AMSAE.

(American middle school altar ego. )

He called wrestling,tennis, and soccer “gay” (derogatory)

kind of ironic considering he would come out as bi in high school. (Max told me himself)

While he didn’t moan in the back of the classroom as a joke, he did indeed make rubber band and paper projectiles. At one point he even started selling them.

Every doorframe was meant to be hit, no exceptions.

his mom dressed him.

All his outfits were color coordinated, specifically to match the same yellow hoodie he wore every day.

Wore shorts in the dead of winter and said “what do you mean?!!? It’s not cold???”

He never once touched a school lunch his mom packed it for him :)

Got called “mommas boy”

His favorite classes were the specialty classes. He would always sign up for as many as humanly possible.

He was that kid who was friendly with the janitor.

He was part of the “jocks”

And by jocks I mean scrawny 12 year old boys who thought the middle school experience was exactly like high school despite just getting out of elementary school.

School dances are a really big thing. And going with a girlfriend that would ultimately be gone in 3 days was even more important.

He took some random girl and they awkwardly stared at each other.

Despite fitting all the criteria for an annoying asshole that ruined the experience,he only enhanced it.

He was extremely friendly and the younger teachers loved him. They would constantly make an effort to help him get better :)

I give ryuji 8 stars , he enhanced the middle school experience for everyone. He was friendly funny and the only problematic jokes he made were slightly misogynistic and homophobic. But not intentionally :) he gets a few points knocked off for being the only one to not say bababooey. If you refer to one of my previous posts youll see. It’s honestly a shame . Also those sneakers were a nightmare to look at.

Oh I have some of those apps! Its what I do my art on but I'm still learning how to navigate it since I don't really know how to color (and I'm still getting used to layers, but they're sooooo helpful!) but it is really fun! I recommend ibis x. Its free so you don't have to pay for the basics but you can watch a single ad and get all these cool brushes for like 18 hours or something. Its cool is what I'm saying.

If I ever get a chance to visit Japan I know where I'm going and the first shrine I'm visiting.

Oh yeah my bro works for door dash and takes me with him sometimes and one time we got one in this super big culdesac. It was so quiet and not a single person was outside even though it was mid afternoon and the house we delivered to was dark everywhere and there was amazon boxes piled up outside and the room that was at the front of the house with the big windows you can see in was a playroom for a kid filled with toys of all sizes but it didn't look like any of it had ever been touched long story short it took us five minutes to find our way out of that hell hole and by the time we did we felt like we where going crazy
