hi so i had my driver’s test today and for the week prior i told myself that i would pass. whenever i caught myself in a state of lack i would fulfill myself. i did other things to fulfill myself such as affirming (not obsessively) and listening to subliminals. i have anxiety and so i did have doubts like “what if i don’t pass?” but i tried to brush them off. i took my test today and i didn’t pass and so not only and i disappointed in my driving performance but i’m disappointed in how i let this be my outcome. i tried my best to accept the fact that i’d pass on the first try. i tried my best not to overcomplicate it. this was so discouraging for me in my manifesting journey :( i really don’t wanna be a negative nancy but i’m just disappointed in myself
hi darling! i totally get it. this really reminds me of a story of Neville's. he was manifesting leaving the army, and he went and asked if he could leave, he was rejected. however, he didn't let this get him down, because he was imagining to change his 4d, not his 3d.
which, this is an important lesson to learn no matter what you are manifesting. if you are actively manifesting and imagining one thing, and then you see the complete opposite in your 3d, don't let this discourage you! don't let your 3d--the mirror--tell you what you are on the inside.
in the inside, you have your license. idgaf what your test/instructor said! i understand if you need to take a day or two to process any negative emotions you're feeling rn, but then after that, you're a DRIVER BABY! you're no longer manifesting that you passed your test or that you're a good driver, from now on you are LICENSED and you get up and drive wherever tf you want at any given moment!
don't worry about the how or when. simply BE a licensed driver in your 4d. it'll happen!!

DECIDE what you want.
have a clear image on what you want to obtain. not for you to get it physically, but to figure out what your end goal looks like. take some time to figure out what you REALLY want. it'll make it easier for you to fully indulge in the end.
IMAGINE your end goal.
this is where it gets fun! take your 3d out of the equation and allow yourself to imagine yourself experiencing your end goal to its fullest. imagining isn't hard!! it's as easy as asking yourself "now that i decided that i have this, what would i do?" and imagining yourself experiencing your answer. a great tip from edward art, fulfill every desire you have, even if it's small. even if your desired seems stupid, or impossible, or you feel shy thinking about it, FULFILL IT!
example: you want your sp but you feel like they won't show up exactly how you want them to.
WHO THE FUCK CARESSSS. your imagination is LIMITLESS, YOU ARE LIMITLESS!! if you're hungry, feed yourself. your inner self is starving, feed it the relationship of your dreams with your sp down to the itty bitty details. i don't care if you feel embarrassed thinking about their potential, no one can see what's inside your mind anyway so GO FOR IT.
don't think about the how, or the when, or the means. go directly to the end and dwell in it.
i doubt that you want to repeat the same scene or phrase over and over again. that's robotic, that's boring, that's not normal. imagine EVERYTHING you truly want to experience in your end in its entirety, incorporate every single sense into that experience until you feel it's reality, and keep doing it until you're satisfied.
ACCEPT your desires as done.
okay, you just experienced your desire in imagination. you now have two options:
you accept it as fact or you accept it as a really vivid daydream.
the latter, duh.
this is ultimately a test of faith (trust) in what you just imagined. of course that's who you are, you just experienced it to the point where it felt REAL. you're satisfied from that experience. this is where you shift from a state of desire and lack, to a state of confident acceptance & acquisition. also known as feeling (accepting) the wish fulfilled. (or, the sabbath state). you've successfully accomplished your only goal: changing self.
now, you're conscious of being (currently accepting as fact) the version of you that has what you want in this very moment. the same way you know the set and rise tomorrow. you can't even deny it, because you just lived in your end. you literally have no other choice but to identify with that experience and accept it as your new "I AM". or, as your new state. states are just experiences, anyway. do yourself a favor and accept the ones that you want deserve.
PERSIST in being.
to persist in being is to return to the state you've accepted. you persist to remind yourself of who you are right now. not to make it "come faster" or make it "dominant" to "impress your subconscious". persist to make yourself feel better, knowing that you already are who you previously wished to be.
you may waver, and you may feel anxious, but as long as you remember who you've decided to be, and what you've decided to have, you'll no longer be moved by doubts, emotions and the external world.
you trust yourself enough to know that your experience is your reality. and if for whatever reason you fall in back to your old state, don't fight it. let whatever you're feeling out of your system, and gently return to your desired state. allowing yourself to confidently walk in that conviction as you did prior. because, as a figment of God, you have a birth - given right to dismiss anything that is not who've you've accepted to be.
for you walk by faith, not by sight.
congratulations, you've switched your state and obtained what you've wanted!
have you noticed that i haven't mentioned the 3d reflecting at all. because it's not about the 3d, it's about YOU! the 3d can only display the contents in which you've accepted to be true within. your mental effort isn't for nothing! it's a guarantee. whatever it is you want, will be unfolded in the best way possible. leave the 3d alone (in term sof manifesting), and allow it to do its own thing. the only thing i ask of you is to trust yourself and your imagination! dismiss appearances, for they are only your past. accept your desire as present fact in imagination only and walk in that conviction of it being done confidently.

breathe. inhale. exhale. do not become a tragic greek figure, clawing at the sky, cursing the gods, wailing into the abyss. you are not sisyphus. you are not icarus. you are, in fact, the universe wearing a silly little meatsuit. and the universe is not incompetent.

i , are you checking the 3d like a victorian wife checking the window for her husband’s ship? if you keep looking at the 3d for confirmation, you are living in the state of lack. and what does the 3d do? it mirrors. so if you live in the state of “where is it,” the 3d will say, “where is what” right back to you. congrats, you’ve manifested a waiting room. enjoy the grey chairs and outdated magazines.
ii , are you persisting or are you pouting? manifestation is not a negotiation. you do not get to sit across from the universe like a hostile business partner, arms crossed, demanding results before you believe. belief is the contract. assumption is the currency. you are either in the state of the wish fulfilled, or you are outside in the cold, shivering, looking through the window at your desire having a candlelit dinner without you.
iii , are you declaring or are you begging? the universe does not respond to “please, oh mighty forces, grant me this one thing.” the universe responds to, “this is mine because i said so.” you do not ask. you do not hope. you do not weep at the altar. you declare.
iv , are you actually embodying it? or are you just thinking about it in a cute way? imagining yourself as the version of you who has it is not a one-time aesthetic exercise. it is a full-body possession. the reality in which you have it is the real reality. this one, the one that says you don’t, is the illusion. the question is, which one do you choose to believe?
v , are you reacting to the 3d like it’s god? the 3d is old news. the 3d is a corpse. the 3d is a polaroid of a moment that has already passed. if you react to it, if you bow to it, if you let it dictate your inner world, you are breathing life back into the past instead of standing in the present, drenched in your fulfilled desire, dripping in inevitability.
vi , do you actually think it’s yours? or do you just want it? wanting is not having. wanting is the antithesis of having. wanting says, “this is separate from me.” having says, “it is done.” when you order food at a restaurant, you do not sit there worrying that it won’t come. you just know it’s on the way. so why are you treating your desire like a lost package instead of an assured delivery?
the 3d will fold. it will bend to your assumption like a devout disciple. but only if you hold the line. only if you refuse to be swayed by what is already dead. only if you walk like the god you are, not the peasant you fear you might be.
your desire is yours. it always was. the question is, will you finally start acting like it?

Is it fine if I don't feel fulfilled for first few days is it normal? Cuz I started yesterday and it didn't felt that good but I'm sure it's because it's my was first day.
this is fine in my opinion bc the same happened to me once i started fulfilling myself in a new state. dont stress over not “fulfilling” yourself but the point is that you already have it. you either have it or you dont.
ways to fulfill yourself:
imagine your desired self in any pov and live life as you want in imagination, then accept it as true after you experienced it in imagination
listen to subliminals or your favorite song while affirming and/or imagining and/or meditating
imagine ppl telling you about what you have manifested (example: if you want to manifest a glow up, imagine your friends telling you “wow you glew up” “youre so pretty” while you thank them etc)
have inner convos with yourself like your talking to someone else, explaining to them all the things youve manifested and how good of a manifestor you are
script out your success stories like youre writing and bragging in your diary
once youve felt the feeling aka the KNOWING that you already have your desire, you are fulfilled. you already have it. congrats. if you feel like youre lacking, remind yourself you have it already and that nothing can change that because thats your assumption, and your new identification (you identify as the person who has their desire already). after you are fulfilled, there is no reason to feel like you have to do something else bc then youre not really fulfilled. its as simple as a decision. i have it now = i assume its already here = i identify as the person who has it. i dont need to worry about affirming or imagining for something that i already have.
you have a phone right now. ego can think “you dont have a phone” a million times and experience anxiety but either way you still have your phone right? another example, you can be in your room and think “i dont have a room” but you still have your room. dont let thoughts and emotions drag you to the state of lack. thoughts and emotions are normal and they dont mean anything. remind yourself you have it. decide that no thoughts can effect your manifestation. remember, you arent thinking those thoughts or feeling those emotions because you are consciousness which only observes those things so dont take them seriously. youve observed an opposing thought…okay. laugh at it and let it pass because your identity is the person who has it already. its no longer a desire, its now a FACT. thats fulfillment.

after posting my states post, i've been getting a lot of asks asking me how to get into the state, despite already having explained how to get into a state in the post.
i think the issue is that for so long the loass community has become overrun by a sort of grind culture with affirmations, where people have become convinced that you need to put in an immense amount of effort before you can get your manifestation in your 3d. i.e. affirm 10k times, flip every thought, etc. but manifestation has always been EFFORTLESS. so you need to get used to the idea that you don't have to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week in order to get your desire. manifestation is not a TRYING process!
intend.
that's it! its as easy and simple as that.
but what does it mean to intend?
intend: have (a course of action) as one's purpose or objective; plan.
for example, say that you want to read a book tomorrow. that is you intending to read a book tomorrow. you may not actually do it, but you still intended to do it.
but with states, you don't actually have to do anything to get into a state. JUST intend.
to make it easier on you guys, bc i get that it's hard to tell if you intended to do it or not, whenever you realized you slipped out of your desired state, you can say something like:
"i am in my desired state now"
"i am in the state of ____"
"i am in the state of the wish fulfilled"
"i have entered the state"
"it is done"
etc!
-you're thinking negative thoughts about your desire
-you're doubting
-you're checking the 3d
view these things as tools. they are there as indicators that you slipped out of the state and you need to shift yourself back to your desired state. these are all just thoughts, and they have no power unless you give it to them. you don't need to flip those thoughts, or freak out bc "they ruined everything" (they didn't), or "start over"
just go back to your desired state!
you can use methods to MAINTAIN the state of the wish fulfilled. you do not do methods to get into the state. as we have previously covered, all you need to get into the state is intention.
you do not need to do methods every time you get into the state. intending is enough. however, if you are having a hard time staying the state (you get into it and then immediately fall back out bc doubts come back), you can do methods to help maintain it.
methods include affirmations, scripting, visualizing, vaunting, inner conversations, etc.
pay attention while you do these methods. focus on conjuring the feeling of the state of the wish fulfilled, aka the feeling of knowing.
feeling ≠ emotions
the feeling of knowing can be a feeling of calm, peace, contentedness, relief, etc.
it is NOT happiness, sadness, anger, etc. those are EMOTIONS.
once again: methods are useful to help you maintain the state of the wish fulfilled, they are not what gets you into the state.

any tips when the ego gets thrown off by inconsistent movement? it’s so hard to focus on the end/my true “desire” when i see visible movement today and none the next day,, idk i get thrown off so bad and i’m struggling 🥹
if your worried about movement then your not fulfilled with already having your desire. thats why your “struggling”. because instead of being in the state of already having it, you are in the state of struggling because you are searching for 3d evidence when all there is is imagination.
what i do is that i listen to a chill subliminal and i affirm and imagine my desire from there and remind myself that there is no such thing as lack because i already have it. i play with it in imagination and therefore no longer desire it. if i have a negative thought, i tell myself that i cant accept it bc either way i still have what i want and i always will. nothing can “ruin” my manifestation. if i want “proof” i go in imagination and there it is.
looking for it in the 3d doesnt make sense bc its not even real and what tf i look like telling myself i dont have what i want because a limited and unreal 3d tells me no… I decide. and that “I” is imagination. i am limitless and in control of everything bc i AM everything. so i take no bullshit and i give it to myself and accept it.
stop placing the 3d on top of the pedestal like its so important even tho it literally copies whatever you are being. the 3d will always reflect the source and the source is imagination. imagine it and love it. trust that the 3d will reflect and just focus on having it imagination. ITS LAW THAT WHO YOU ARE IN IMAGINATION WILL MANIFEST. STOP STRESSING AND TRUST. the moment you imagine it, youve experienced it. fulfill and its done. ENJOY IMAGINING🌟

❛❛ what is law of shifting? shifting, or reality shifting, is the practice of consciously moving one's awareness to an alternate reality or desired reality, in other words, a dr. shifters believe that infinite realities exist simultaneously and that through intention or visualisation, they can experience a reality of their choosing.
❛❛ how does shifting work? is it something gradual or instant/overnight? shifting is instant. one moment you're here, the next you're there. no in-between, no buffering. just a switch.
❛❛ what is awareness and how does it work? awareness is the fundamental observer, the "i am" behind all thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. it is not your thoughts, your body, or even your identity, it is the thing that witnesses all of those. if you strip away your name, your history, your emotions, what remains? the awareness that experiences all things. imagine awareness like a flashlight in a dark room. whatever you shine it on, your thoughts, your surroundings, your sensations, becomes your focal point. but the flashlight itself is not the object it’s illuminating. it’s just observing.
in simpler terms, your awareness is not the content of your mind, it’s the thing that notices that content. it’s always present, always watching, whether you’re thinking, daydreaming, or in deep sleep. it creates reality by focusing on particular thoughts, assumptions, and experiences.
❛❛ how do we shift constantly? you are always shifting because your awareness is fluid, not fixed. reality is not a single, static thing, it’s a spectrum of infinite possible states, and your awareness moves through them constantly. every thought, every assumption, every focus of attention is a micro-shift to a different version of reality.
every time you change a belief, you shift. if you wake up believing today will be boring, you experience a version of today that aligns with that belief. if you wake up believing today will be exciting, you shift into a different reality where things unfold differently. your awareness dictates what version of reality you experience. if you focus on lack, you shift into a reality where lack exists. if you focus on abundance, you shift into a reality where abundance is your experience. small shifts happen every second. right now, if you decide you are lucky, you just shifted into a reality where you are lucky. if you suddenly assume you are confident, you just shifted into a reality where confidence is more accessible to you.
❛❛ can i permashift? if you want to, yes. your cr body won’t drop dead, it’ll just exist on autopilot. permashifting is a commitment, but you get to decide what it means.
❛❛ i tried a method and it didn’t work. methods don’t make you shift, you do. stop hyper-fixating on technique and start focusing on the belief that shifting is inevitable.
❛❛ i’m hopeless about shifting and losing hope. you can’t lose hope in something inevitable. shifting is real, it exists, and you can do it. sit with the fact that it’s already yours.
❛❛ what happens if i move midshift? will that disrupt it? no. that's very much a myth. you can shift whenever.
❛❛ i’m struggling. struggle doesn’t mean failure. keep going, keep believing, keep knowing it’s done.
❛❛ i’m impatient. shifting isn’t about patience, it’s about certainty. the second you know it’s done, you’ve already shifted.
❛❛ how to be aware of your dr? awareness = presence. stop doubting, stop overthinking. if you’re there, you’re there. simple.
❛❛ how is lucid dreaming different from shifting? lucid dreaming is control over a dream. shifting is moving consciousness to a real, existing reality. they’re not the same.
❛❛ i’ve gotten to the void but i can’t shift. the void isn’t the destination, it’s the doorway. walk through it.
❛❛ do i have to script? no. scripting is for clarity, not necessity. your intentions are enough.
❛❛ what if i get distracted easily? distractions don’t stop you from shifting. shifting is a knowing, not a concentration game.
❛❛ during the day i’m really excited and when it’s time to shift, i have doubts. excitement means you believe it’s possible. doubts don’t matter unless you entertain them.
❛❛ wait, so all i have to do is go "it's ok. i'm in my dr" and then don't think about it again??? just go about the rest of my day and think nothing more?? yes. it’s called living in the end. stop micromanaging the process.
❛❛ what if i see the people in my dr as fictional? reality is perception. fiction here doesn’t mean fiction there.
❛❛ do time ratios matter between realities? no. your dr follows its own time, its own rules.
❛❛ tips on lucid dreaming and how to shift with it? use lucid dreams as a launchpad. once you realise you’re dreaming, affirm you’ve shifted.
❛❛ any tips on how to keep faith? remind yourself shifting is inevitable. let go of desperation.
❛❛ what should your mindset be? unwavering certainty. shifting is done, you are there.
❛❛ will your dr feel the same // be as realistic as your cr? yes. possibly even more real.
❛❛ is there a thing such as shifting symptoms? symptoms are just your own expectations manifesting. they’re not required. and sometimes it's just your body falling asleep.
❛❛ what about shifting signs? (angel numbers, seeing things that correlate with your dr) if you believe they mean something, they do. if you don’t, they don’t. reality is what you make of it.
❛❛ should i assume from third pov or first? both are fine. you can do first since it's more personal, unless third feels more natural to you.
❛❛ can you shift to dangerous places? yes, but why would you want to?
❛❛ can i have multiple s/os? yes. your dr, your rules.
❛❛ what if i can’t visualise at all? how do i shift without visualisation? visualisation is a tool, not a requirement. belief and intention are enough.
❛❛ what does it actually feel like to shift? is it a fade-to-black, a snap, or something else? different for everyone. could be a snap, a slow transition, or just opening your eyes and being there.
❛❛ can i shift into a world where i don’t exist yet? yes. there's an infinite amount of realities. you can go into any timeline.
❛❛ can i shift to a different race/ethnicity? yes. your dr body is fully customisable. if you want to change your race, height, or even species, go ahead. just remember that identity is more than just aesthetics, if you shift as another race, you will experience the world through that lens.
❛❛ what if i shift somewhere and i hate it? exit. shift back. undo. just leave.
❛❛ can i shift into an animated/cartoon world?yes.
❛❛ if i shift into a dr where i have kids, will i actually love them? yes, unless you're a deadbeat. your emotions in your dr are real. you will feel the same love, attachment, and responsibility as if those kids were born in your cr.
❛❛ can i shift into someone else’s pov?yes.
❛❛ what if i shift somewhere where things are different? your brain adapts. you will instinctively know how to function in that world, whether it’s bending gravity, casting spells, or breathing underwater.
❛❛ can i shift while walking or doing daily activities? yes. people have shifted while listening to music, washing dishes, and even mid-conversation with someone.
❛❛ what if i shift and panic? if you shift and freak out, you can always return to your cr. panic won’t trap you. you’re not locked in.
❛❛ when i shift, do i leave my body? no, your physical body stays in your cr, but your consciousness shifts to your dr. think of it like tuning into a different frequency.
❛❛ is it possible to smell scents from my dr in my cr, or am i just going crazy? yes and no. shifters report phantom sensations like smells, sounds, or even touches from their dr. your brain can be simply syncing with that reality. but it can also be a coincidence. make of reality what you will, if you think it's from your dr, then it is.
❛❛ i need to convince myself I’m in my dr and wait for the 3d to reflect it? be delusional and patient?? yes, that’s the law of assumption in action. hold the belief and live from it, and reality will catch up.
❛❛ do we have to perceive shifting as natural for it to happen? yes. the more normal and achievable it feels, the easier it is to shift. make it feel as natural as blinking.
❛❛ is shifting to a dr i’m less attached to easier than one i’m obsessed with? sorta. less attachment = less pressure = smoother shifting. when you need to shift, you create resistance.
❛❛ how do i detach from my cr? it can help to live in your dr mindset. see cr as a temporary dream. engage less emotionally. shift focus to your dr completely.

☆ ┊ 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒
the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts don’t and i’ll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you don’t agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story you’re entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state you’re in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what you’re state in.

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
i’m not saying it’s a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so it’s not out of lack. it’s up to how you’re doing it.
with manifestation, you’re either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if you’re affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) then…
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because that’s the true reality!

aka choose what you want to manifest! this would mainly be the state of the wish fulfilled.
state = your mindset / your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
it’s what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the version of you / person who already has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire. the state of the wish fulfilled.
☆ WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE WISH-FULFILLED?
the state of the wish fulfilled is the state in which your desire has already been fulfilled - that it is already done because consciousness is the only reality. there is nothing left for you to do because creation is finished!
you do not create anything, you only occupy and live in your desired state to bring it to life. this is why there is power in your awareness (of being). be aware of who you are being in relation to your desire.
☆ MORE ON STATES
infinite states exist within consciousness - this means that anything is possible and not all of them are true/will manifest. only the state that you constantly dwell and identify with, manifests.
this is also why infinite realities exist. your state is your reality.

now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. that’s what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing, affirming, inner convos, feeling, etc.
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. — blushydior
affirm: “i have $10 million dollars in the bank!”
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling ≠ emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.
☆ 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆
remember that the feeling is natural and it won’t be the same every single time. for example, if you’re now just starting to understand and enter the state of the wish fulfilled, it might be exciting, relieving - euphoric even but as you exercise returning back (persistence) to dwell in the state, it’ll start to feel natural. it might start feeling nonchalant, peace, calmness! so if you reach that point and start to worry, “i feel nothing but I know it done. am i doing something wrong?” no you’re not. it’s okay!
you don’t have to act as if. only be as if.
❝ Are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment, and then dropped? ❞
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
that’s it. that’s your state! you changed who you are.
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (that’s because the law is)
☆ 𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐖
close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isn’t it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because that’s what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
it’s the same thing with thoughts.

like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts, awareness of being (visualizing / affirming / inner convos / feeling / auditory / etc) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. don’t even care enough to label them. they’re silly little thoughts.

all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞
SEE! it’s really no different. it’s the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but it’s the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you “don’t see it in the 3D” and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it.
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example, asking “where is it?” / “it’s not here yet.” — correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER YOU WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, it’s like putting on a new suit. at first it won’t feel natural but over some time, you won’t even be “conscious” of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods don’t hold any power. you do.
it’s not a chore. it’s a choice.

doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions
doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts
you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (“i have xyz”) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you don’t identify with them, they don’t hold power.
if YOU know you’re already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told “no, you’re not!”
would you go:
“i’m not? oh my god… you’re right. i’m not famous!”
or
“uh…? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said i’m famous so that’s what i am…. famous. lol.”
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.
☆ ┊𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟑𝐃 - 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 ≠ 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆
→ ┊ REACTING is looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DON’T: “my life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.” and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: “it doesn’t matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!”
→ ┊ INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: you’re manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you “hey, are you in a relationship?” you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend 🤭🤭
EXAMPLE 2: you’re manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: “i literally have so much money lol ?? i’m the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.”
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: “life’s been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.”
mentally: (after venting) “that made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everything’s okay. i’m safe.”
it doesn’t matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!

in this context: the repetition of affirmations. not repeatedly going back to the state of the wish fulfilled.
i’ve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didn’t get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state of trying to get it.
when manifesting, you don’t try. you either have it or you don’t.
so are you person a?
“okay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i won’t get it my manifestation!”
blushy’s observation: you aren’t being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply aren’t in the state of being. you’re in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?

you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
don’t accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: “i need to affirm more or else i won’t receive my desire.”
you won’t see results.
that’s why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
it’s all about the knowing it’s already yours IN IMAGINATION - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
it’s called the law of assumption for a reason! (as neville even once said, law of being) you accept / assume you are the person who has it as true without any physical evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
❝ This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, that’s what you’ll get. It’s the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesn’t mean they’re all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, you’re introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i don’t like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. it’s very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and “dominant thoughts manifest” concept works for others is because they assume it does. remember that techniques don’t manifest, you do.

if you are affirming on loop and aren’t seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution you’ve been looking for!

this goes along with manifesting with hard circumstances and being a neurodivergent!
i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didn’t identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: “yes! i do have it.”
saturation is NOT necessary. you don’t need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.
if you are this person:
“okay i’m going affirm all day and then i will get it!”
you will succeed because that is the assumption you’ve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.
so yay! you got it.
