Okay lets talk about Euclase for a moment.

This gem is older then Jade.

This gem is very patient.

This gem is very cute.

Can you imagine when Jade was first born?

I feel like Euclase didn’t really have her eyes on any gem to be her partner but when Jade was born she was interested because of Jade’s skill set.

Not long after that they become partners.

Euclase’s occupation is “Secretary”

Jade’s occupation is “Speaker”

Okay so lets talk about Euclase’s personality and character.

• Euclase takes their job (occupation) very seriously.

• They are kind and caring to all of their siblings including Phosphophyllite (who has a tendency to annoy the other gems and get into trouble.)

• They are quick to respond to action. Take episode 2 as an example when Phos was swallowed by the giant slug.

• She is also very perceptive. She was the first to notice Phos’ strange behavior after coming back from the moon.

• She is also forgiving and very open minded. Euclase was the first to reach out to Sensei (Kongo) and offers him a chance to start over. (Which then the other gems agree and don’t follow Phos to the moon)

How to Stop Caring What Other People Think

1. Figure out what/who matters to you in your life

2. Appreciate yourself for who you are 

3. Not everyone is going to like you (sometimes you gotta accept it and move on)

4. Remember that everyone else is probably not paying that much attention to you, as you think they are. Take for example a presentation. You were probably thinking about how others would judge you and how you didn’t want to look stupid. Well, everyone else around you was probably thinking that exact same thing. I know, mind bogGliNg.

5. Accept that you are human, and you make mistakes. It doesn’t mean the end of the world. 

6. Life is short (i know i know it’s cliche, but it’s true goddamit!)

7. Be yourself. People want to be around other people who exude condifence and self love because secretly, inside, we all want to be loved and accepted. 

8. BUT, do not seek other’s approval. Don’t look for validation in other people because you basically hand them the power to control how you feel about yourself. I mean, how rigged is that?!

9. Remember that no one is going to really remember that one time you embarrased yourself because we all have felt that at some point. 

10. Not caring what other people think actually had nothing to do with other people. It has to do with how you view yourself, and how you percieve people in this world. Be welcoming to all kinds of people and it will come back around to you.

I want to talk about fanfics that put reader degradation in a positive light. It is very sad that women are trying to convince themselves that being hanged and mistreated while having sex was their idea. We all know where this came from, right? From the porn industry, which was created and developed to please MEN, remember this word, MEN. It is scientifically proven that most men have bad sex when they consume pornography, because there they are taught that women take pleasure in pain. Some may have and yes I believe it was largely because they were conditioned to think like that. But no one, I repeat no one consciously should like to have their throat bruised, or their parts used without any regard for their own body signals and why? Because it is unnatural, pain of any kind is a warning that something is being harmed. Do you see how this is reflected in how we see ourselves as women? We believe that to have pleasure we need to be used mercilessly, we need to please, give and be hurt, or we are not good lovers, or others cannot be satisfied, and most of the time it is all about male pleasure. And I see this reflected in stories most often written by the women themselves, they write descriptions that affirm the sexual education that they have receiving at the long of the time, it's not their fault... It is entirely possible to have a praser in a different context. No you don't need to choke on someone else's dick to be good, no you don't need to have sex beyond your limits when your body is alerting you that something isn't right and you are not enjoying it, darling...you just don't need . This whole way of thinking has had a heavy financial investment and they still invest a lot, for you to believe it. But it's not necessary. I notice fanfics that are healthier, with a sexual description where consideration and affection are present and it is totally possible to derive pleasure from it. Whatever you prefer about this issue, I hope it's for your own good and satisfaction and YOUR choice, not for the good of an industry that never gave a damn about you. And that this way of thinking has been implemented in women's minds by hundreds of years!
