So the reason people suspect (read: know) it's Best Jeanist beside the manner of speech and the lean figure shown to us in the panel is the shot we get here:

You've probably seen it floating around if you've been in the chapter tag at all.

These spools look identical to the carbon fiber shown and used by Best Jeanist in Vigilantes (which is an offshoot series to the main manga.)

Here's a brief summary of how BJ used these fibers in the past. I personally haven't gotten that far in Vigilantes yet, but I think it's pretty cool that Hori is making this call-back for fans to draw on.

Since Best Jeanist can manipulate these carbon fibers, it's likely we'll see a trip wire of some sort.

Machia is moving fast, so he may be forced to trip him first with a straight ground wire and then Gulliver's Travels the bitch.

Or, my personal preference because it'll look pretty cool animated and because Hori does love his Star Wars:
