my friend was telling me about the UK trial that the reason 12 out of 14 instances of abuse were accepted by the court was because UK courts do not have cross examinations so if her side provided evidence, it was automatically accepted. neither she nor I am a law student residing in the UK so I’m not sure if this is right but I would like to hear your thoughts about it. Lol, this is not remotely true. You can read the transcripts online, of course every witness was cross examined. What a bizarre claim? They will really make up anything to keep the delusion going. I wonder what they'll say when Depp loses.

Idk if radblr has heard about this yet since I don't see anyone talking about it and I have no one to talk about it with: a big female streamer known for live streaming in hot tubs and doing sexual stuff (Amouranth) revealed that not only that she has a husband but that she has been in an abusive relationship for 7 years. Her husband has been controlling her finances, threatening her pets, etc. I think it's clear as day he has been manipulating her to do this kind of stuff like so many other women in "sex work." The male response to it is just horrible and inhuman and I feel like it's even worse due to the Amber Heard trial.

I haven’t heard anything about this story but that’s horrific and I can’t even imagine what some of the responses to this are.

People so quickly forget that so many women don’t want to be in sex work -they are forced into it either by a pimp or financial necessity. It is not fun and freeing and consensual and the only people who want everyone to believe that is the men who want access to more women.
