Story written by @fabricated-pessimist

In Gaza, hundreds of thousands of parents are left speechless as they endure the countless atrocities inflicted upon their children. For many families, they lose their child before they even have the chance to truly know them—their dreams, their aspirations.

The Alamoudi family longed for a child for years. After enduring four grueling rounds of IVF, they were finally blessed with twins. But their joy was short-lived. As the war raged on, their baby, Ahmed, was born with urgent medical needs—holes in his heart requiring immediate surgery. On top of this, he suffers from nerve damage in his eye. Yet his parents are powerless, unable to seek the medical care he desperately needs, forced to watch helplessly as their child’s condition deteriorates by the day.

Imagine being a parent, filled with love and hope, only to realize that your child is being denied the medical attention they deserve because of an inhumane crisis. Ahmed’s father, Sharif, is unable to work overseas due to a herniated disc that causes severe spinal and nerve pain. As of this writing, their campaign has gone without donations for a long time.

We implore you—please, consider donating. Even the cost of a daily coffee could bring this family a moment of peace in their desperate fight to save their child.

You can donate to the Alamoudi family’s GoFundMe campaign [HERE].

Hello 👋, I hope you're doing well..

My name is Mahmoud, and I'm a 17-year-old from Gaza. The ongoing war has devastated my city, destroyed my school, and made daily life incredibly challenging.

Despite these hardships, I'm determined to continue my education and build a better future. I've been given a chance to study abroad, but I need help to cover the costs of leaving Gaza, as well as living expenses and other essentials abroad once the crossing opens.. 🙏

If you can, please consider donating or sharing, your kindness can truly make a difference, and thanks for your time. ❤🍉

وصلوا صوتي للعالم | Help Me Be Heard

Available in: العربية - English - Español

(speak another language? contact me)

My name is Islam. I’m 27 years old and live in Khan Younis, Gaza, with my family. I studied physical therapy, and I once had dreams of helping people, building a future, and living with dignity. But war took it all away. For the past two years, the bombing hasn’t stopped. We lost our home, our memories, and people we loved. My mother was diagnosed with cancer because of the genocide we’re living in, and there’s no treatment here. We now live in a tent, with no income, no electricity, no clean water, no food. The borders are shut, prices are sky-high, and aid isn’t reaching us. We’re surviving on hope, and even that is running thin. I’m sharing this with the world because maybe someone will hear me. Maybe someone will care. One share, one donation, one act of kindness from you could feed us, could shelter us, could keep us alive. This is not just a story. This is real. If you have a heart, please don’t scroll past this.

If you can translate this post into another language, please message me, I'll add your translation and thank you.

If you can make a short video about me in your language, send it to me. I’ll share it and mention your name.

وصلوا صوتي للعالم | Help Me Be Heard

⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️

I won't forgive anyone skip this and don't help me and my kids. I depend on you you are my last hope to survive 😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔

16/5/2025

10:56Am

New update for the Modern Holocaust in Gaza ‼️‼️

The last attempt for ceasefire is gone after Trump left the middle East without giving any hope about us so this is the end in Gaza 💔💔😭😭 🥺🥺🥺 ((killing+starvation)))

We lost hope this time and they will kill the rest of us by bombing or by starving so please read this and share as much as you can 🙏🙏🥺‼️

⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️

✅️Vetted by @gazavetters , my number verified on the list is ( #515) ✅️

⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️
⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️

My full story 🙏💔

I'm Areej I was an English teacher and a creative writer at we are not numbers before war and everything change after October 7. Also I'm a creative writer at we are not numbers.

Dear my kind donors!

I am a mother of three children. We have lived through the war for a year and a half, and we have lost everything we own. My husband is a man who did not work. Before the war, I did not have a breadwinner or any source of income. During the war I didn't give up to teach so I volunteered and had good chance to help some students to get engaged again with English in a very creative way.

⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️
⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️
⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️
⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️

Please Save those innocent kids from war 🥺‼️🙏🙏

We are in tents for almost two years because our home was destroyed and my kids are starving now with no enough food  😭‼️🥺After our several evacuation from place to another. Now we don't have a house after it was destroyed by missiles. I now ask you to help me rebuild my house. And buy basics for the daily essentials for my children and I need money so that we can stand up again and start again.

This war wasn't easy at all it has taken many friends at work, students and some of my colleagues at the university. They are almost ten souls I won't never forget . Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.

My lovely students before war 🥺

⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️

My lovely home 💔💔‼️

⛔️⛔️STOP⛔️⛔️

Here’s what life in Gaza looks like for my family right now:

🏠 Safety: The uncertainty of tomorrow weighs heavily on us.

😢 Loss: The absence of my students and my friends is really hurts.

💔 Dreams on Hold: The future feels so far away when survival takes all our strength.

Note to mention the other very expensive essential goods. I hope you will stand by me to get food

The crossings boarders are closed again these days and war return in Gaza.  The crossing through which food enters has been closed for more than 30 days. We have nothing to eat, and even if we do, the prices are exorbitant. Some of the prices listed are:

1 kg of meat = $100 now there is no meat

1 chicken = 70$ there is no chicken

1 kg of fish = 100$ now it costs 200$

1 bag of flour = $200 now it costs 600$

1 kg of cooking gas = $150 now it costs 1000$

1 kg of sugar = $50

1 kg of eggplant = $20

1 kg of onions = $50

1 kg of tomatoes = $20

How You Can Help Us Cross the Finish Line

Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference:

. $5 might not seem like much, but it could mean a meal, clean water, or a tiny bit of hope for my family.

. Can’t donate? Reblog this post to help us reach someone who can. Every share matters more than you know.

To help me and my family you can donate here or at least you can share this post to people who can support us in gaz

To sump up I'm seeking for help, I'm trying to scrape together the $800 monthly rent, that's all I need each month for my kids and to get some food for us 🙏😭💔

So Sorry For tagging you guys randomly but this is the only way to reach more people and to gain your attention please help me sharing my story to people who care about Palestinians 💔🙏🙏‼️🇵🇸

Yaman was born under bombardment and amidst destruction, yet he asks for nothing but his right to live. He needs milk and diapers, like any child his age, but war has stolen even his simplest rights. Is there a conscience that will hear his voice https://t.co/WHoco92FQM pic.twitter.com/ombSPnBbNw

These are good I might look back at later

I forgot I have to be active here so here’s my Twitter tutorial on how to draw folds I made a while back to help a friend!

A piece of cloth teaching you how to draw cloth folds of different material. Each picture depicts two arms in the same material - one thin arm and one fat arm.
THICK clothes only have a few folds! Sometimes a bump is all it takes to suggest a fold for THICK stuff. Examples are sweaters, hoodies, wool, fleece, and denim
THIN clothes have a lot of folds and bumps! Thin stuff usually has more lines that wrap around what's underneath. Examples are rayon, cotton, and crepe
SMOOTH stuff have "squiggly" folds. Smooth cloth folds tend to "loop" back to where they start. Examples are silk, velvet, Satin, Bamboo cotton, and most luxurious stuff
SOFT clothes have round folds. Unlike smooth stuff, soft stuff doesn't have many "squiggles" or solid lines in between. Examples are down jackets, fur, fleece, washed linen, and polyester
STIFF clothes have angular folds! Most folds tend to look triangular - assuming they even fold at all! Examples are raincoats, New denim, canvas, and suits
PS I have avoided talking about loose vs tight clothing since whatever is loose on one person (A shows a thin arm in a baggy yellow sleeve) might not be as loose on a different person (B depicts the same sleeve which comfortably fits around the fat arm). However it's still important to learn about these type of things.
Person asks, "So uh... what happens if the clothes are Smooth and Thin, or Thick and Soft?" The answer is DO BOTH! Top right shows a full woman in a dress that has a Smooth skirt and a Stiff top half. Even though it's one dress, one part is more Smooth while the other part is more Stiff. There are more examples but don't forget to study hard and have fun!
