idk if uquizzes are still a thing that anyone cares about, but my love for quizzes will never die, so i’m back with another one! i made a dnd class quiz focused more around personality and mindset and less about what abilities you’d like to have in the game.
also, if anyone is interested in a subclass quiz for any of the classes, let me know! i’m totally down to make those, i just don’t know which class to start with haha

I laughed way too hard at this
Barbarian - *smashes a 40 on the ground and yells* SCATTER!
Bard - the entire salt and pepper diner story.
Cleric - You have the moral backbone of a chocolate eclair.
Druid - Aaah! One feels like a duck splashing around in all this wet! And when one feels like a duck, one is happy!
Monk - I’ll just keep all my emotions right here and then one day, i’ll die.
Paladin - for those of you who aren’t catholic, I don’t mean to exclude you (even though we looove to exclude you)…
Ranger - everybody get out of my way. I just wanna sit here and feed my birds.
Sorcerer - this might as well happen. adult life is already so goddamn weird.
Rogue - Stop snitchin’, motherfucker.
Fighter - sometimes babies will point at me, and I don’t care for that shit at all.
Warlock - FUCK DA POLICE!
Wizard - I’m either having a drink or I have to pee. You’re living the golden years kid, not me.
Also, this just in from the Science World:
MIT researchers just developed (as of September 2019) a new BLACKEST BLACK which is more light absorbing than Vantablack
While I think they are pursuing a patent, this article indicates they plan to make it “freely available to any artist to use for a noncommercial art project”

if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live in the midwest, this is it.
New goddess idea: She’s an earth goddess of the new age who’s domain is spinning and weaving, but specifically spinning and weaving gigantic structural steel cables for construction and other industrial purposes. Her skin is steel grey and hard to the touch and her hair is like long dredlocks of woven steel. She laughs at shitty architecture deigns that will fall apart if actually built and protects well-made bridges and buildings she likes. She might warn you of unforseen danger if you always wear your proper PPE.
Okay now what do I name her
So while most rainbow capitalism is sticking rainbows on things and pretending to be an ally, Budweiser’s UK branch is giving credit to trans activists, and explaining pride flag colors.
tbh this is proof that social media has completely ruined my sense of humor like i could go see a stand up comedian live and not laugh as hard as i did from reading this one fucking tweet
I made a bunch of The Chain Pride symbols to celebrate!
A1, C1, F1 and J1 for Paisley!
A1. what are your oc’s natural abilities, things they’ve been doing since young? He probably started his illusions quite young, beyond those I think he’s an apt duelist and a decent singer. By no stretch of the imagination is he on par with a renowned minstrel or swordsman, but he’s definitely talented to some degree.I did C1 earlier so I’ll do C2C2. in what position do they sleep?Freefalling, flat on his stomach.F1. what do they do for fun? While on the job with the Chain he’d enjoy cards and music, and whatever stories the Helltroopers have to tell. In a larger city I think he’d pass his time with whatever books, be they histories or otherwise, he could get his hands on, and he’s genuinely a fan of the opera / whatever theatre is accessible.J1. what makes them happy?Learning something new. Seeing his talents have an impact. Seeing his comrades healthy and smiling. Seeing the problematic Helltroopers acting sensible enough to not be a problem. Heartfelt 2AM rooftop convos with his dearest lads. Remembering the good parts of home.
I love the Chain for so many reasons (players, plot, community, characters…) but one thing I really love and I think is just awesome about it is Matt’s original reason for wanting to stream it, which was just “I want you to see the DM things I’m telling you to do in action.”
And it’s really working. Watching the Chain always energizes me and watching Matt DM is just such a good model. Every session I’ve DMed since the stream began (3, or maybe 4?) I’ve felt more and more comfortable in my abilities. Matt is just very candid with the players and the audience and I think that’s a good style for a lot of newish DMs
