The most unhinged part of the doctor is that whatever age he regenerates into (body wise human age wise anyways you all get it) he always starts out at 0 mentally according to the social norms that we have for that age. Anyways. This is too complicated lol.
the second doctor's relationship with ben and polly is really funny because in his early days they're like wtf? who is this violent and unreliable cryptic who has replaced our Beloved Old Man??? because they've never met the first doctor in his early days and have no idea that he, too, was a violent, unhinged, unhelpful old man
As a new who fan (i wasn't born when old who stopped airing) who discovered doctor who in her teens i tend to forget that Christopher Eccleston's doctor is what got me hooked. I remember being soooo angry and disappointed to discover that there was only one season of Eccleston and i nearly stopped watching then of course i loved David because who doesn't
I always forget (somehow) how perfect Christopher Eccleston's performance as the Doctor is. The anger, the rage, the determination for revenge because he's fresh from the War, and yet the joy when something Good happens. When something Good comes along and proves him wrong. I love him so much
I made these because the withdrawal symptoms are making me insane... Monday where you at??
will add more ☺️
i’m not joking when i say i’m perfectly okay if kingdon ends up taking SEASONS to build up. i was raised by boothbones & stablerbenson i can promise you i’m in this for the long haul
There was this scene a couple of episodes back. Where Alya told Cihan that they left her all alone, with no one to turn to when she needs to, no one to hug for comfort.
I can't seem to find the scene.
But her hugging Cihan when she is in trouble again and turning to him for help (or him being there for her, we haven't seen the 20th episode yet) with her mother.
Somehow, the parallel brings me comfort for this show.
When the axe came into the forest, the trees said “the handle is one of us.”

When The Pitt Producers say they have a "surprise" for Dr Abbot next season, they've also confirmed it's going to going to be set during the 4th of July weekend and Noah Wyle said Samira Mohan is going to have a big role.
Obviously, we're getting Abbot trying to work, having a PTSD breakdown over the fireworks and associated injuries and Samira being his source of comfort and strength.
I'm right until literally proven otherwise when inevitably Season 2 does not go in that direction at all.
people acting so surprised about there being ships for the pitt because “it was only one day!!!” when it’s as simple as this tweet
Shoutout to the Tardis for actually landing in the PERFECT spot this episode. Love that for her.
I don't know what destroyed me more. When she hugged her son and kept him away from her mother. Or when she told Cihan that she doesn't have anyone but her son.
His reaction is "you have me", he didn't finish his sentence, but that's what he wanted to say. And the look on her face. And when he said "i don't know if I'll be good for you, but i can promise you to give Deniz that family love you long for"
I can't...
.......
I'm not crying. "I don't know if I'll be good for you"..... 🥺
And Oh My God where is our little boy ??
I hope he wasn't thrown into the waters. I hope that Ecemel had nothing to do with this. I hope it's not a plot line that will force someone to say to Ecemel the boy you tried to kill is your grandson.
Where is DENIZ !!!
Then we have this...
I present you Alya that has officially hugged everyone from the Albora family.
We need a post just for that.
