Mira atentamente la imagen, concéntrate y piensa solo en ella. Ahora,mientras la figura comienza a formarse hacia arriba, inspira -coge aire profundamente, siente como tu pecho se abre y tus pulmones se llenan de aire- y cuando la figura comienza a deshacerse hacia abajo, expira -suelta todo el aire lentamente, siente como tu pecho vuelve a su forma y tus pulmones se vacían-. Repite estas respiraciones las veces que sean necesarias hasta que consigas un estado más relajado.
