Overnight Notebook Manifestation Challenge
I want you to get out a notebook. An empty notebook if possible cause youโre going to need space.
1. I want you to write out your old story. I want you to write out how it makes you feel, your regrets, your doubts - ANYTHING. Literally anything about the law of assumption, failure, fears.
2. I want you to write about discovering the law of assumption and everything you know about it.
3. I want you to write out your rules of manifestation. How long does it take you to get into the void? How fast do you receive your desires? How does manifestation work for you?
4. I want you to write out your new story. Talk about the things youโve manifested, revised, etc. Talk all about your power, your perfect self-concept, etc. How everything always goes right for you.
5. I want you to go to sleep knowing that step 1 has been revised from your past. That step 4 is your new reality.
Now, close that, by now, probably full notebook. Thank yourself for giving yourself your desires. Know that you have them.
If youโre still having doubts I want you to go back to step 1 then reread and add to the other steps. Repeat this until youโre so firm in the state of knowing that nothing can shake your confidence.
Donโt log onto tumblr, YouTube, instagram, or wherever you go first for content when youโre finished. If you feel the urge to - REPEAT step 1 and reread and add to the others.
6. Wake up with your desires. Every single last one of them.
Changing an assumption does not take time if youโre honest to yourself about your underlying feelings and assumptions.

hello, lovely people! today, we are talking about sats, the state akin to sleep. itโs a state similar to the god (or I AM) state (we will talk about this state as well, donโt worry) that implies pure consciousness but still differs in a few aspects which we will have a closer look into! this state akin to sleep is a state where you are not entirely conscious/unconscious of your thoughts. itโs a state of relaxation where you are still aware of your thoughts, where you can still direct your thoughts and are in control of them but not completely. itโs a state of relaxation, similar to a half-asleep state. you naturally find yourself in this state just a few minutes before you drift off to sleep or right after you wake up. as you can already assume, you will feel a drowsy sensation while you are in the state akin to sleep.

in this state, your subconscious mind (which objectifies your desires) is very accessible. meaning, it will take in all the suggestions -> statements in various forms (affirmations, thoughts, lyrics,โฆ). your subconscious mind is objective and therefore does not judge your thoughts the same way your conscious mind does. for instance, you are not able to criticize your thoughts when you are asleep, right? thatโs because your conscious mind isnโt active. your subconscious mind, however, never sleeps. meaning, when you are affirming for your desires (or visualizing them), your conscious mind wonโt be able to actively filter the affirmations and declare them as "untrue". one can say that your subconscious and conscious mind become one and are equally engaged. you are more likely to convince your mind of the new assumptions you are adapting to + a more instant realization of your desires will follow.

โฆ get into a comfortable position on your bed (if you are planning on falling asleep) or another place.
โฆ drink something warm that will calm you down. tea, maybe? (if you think that drinking coffee makes you feel drowsy, itโs also an option!).
โฆ do something physically that will make you feel a bit exhausted right after, for instance: working out, going for a run, cleaning your room, etc.
โฆ breathing exercises! focus on your breathing and take deep breaths in and deep breaths out. you can also count while breathing in and out to create a rhythm.
โฆ read a book before. something that will make you feel tired after looking at it for too long.
โฆ listen to asmr or lofi music. they are usually very calming and might even distract you from negative thoughts.

pick a scenario that implies you having your manifestation. ask yourself; how would your desire be displayed in your physical reality? you donโt need to create a very detailed or long scenario as you are going to repeat it in your mind.

now, that you have made up your mind about your desire and a specific scenario, you can get into the state akin to sleep! relax, calm down and feel how your heartbeat becomes slower. close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
๐โrepetition.
repeat that storyline. while you have this plot in your mind on loop, you can remain in the state just visualizing your scenario or additionally affirm. the point of this is to adapt to this new storyline and shift our awareness to it. and as you know, what we are conscious of, manifests!

โ๏ธ imaginary vividness: while repeating, activate your senses, mentally. hearing, smelling, touching, seeing (visualizing) and tasting in terms of your manifestation. recreate the perception of your senses! the scenario should feel/become as authentic as possible to you.
โ๏ธ focus on the feeling of your wish fulfilled. accept your desire as a part of your reality and no longer treat it as a desire. creation is finished, itโs yours.
โ๏ธ feelings do not equal emotions. a feeling is a conscious experience of emotional reactions. feelings often result from physical sensations (your senses). emotions however, come from within and can be completely internalized. both can be triggered by external factors, but feelings are known to be temporary and easier to influence. therefore do not force yourself to have an emotion (sadness, anger, happiness,โฆ). emotions are felt way more genuinely than feelings.
โ๏ธ while visualizing, keep in mind that you are not daydreaming. you are not hoping to become that person or fantasizing about how great it would be to be like that person. do not distance yourself from that ideal. you embody that person the moment you visualize them. you are conscious of being that person. you arenโt just imagining them. they are you! your current display of your no longer desired but actual reality.
โ๏ธ you can visualize in first person (yourself experiencing that vision), in third person (your family memberโs thoughts, your teacherโs, friendโs,โฆ), etc. it doesnโt matter!
โ๏ธ as soon as you start affirming while being in the sats, it implies the lullaby method. the method consists of the state akin to sleep with the difference that you do not visualize your desire but affirm instead.

("sue, I want you to give me hazel eyes!"). you can also add a statement regarding time, for example: "sue, I will have my desired eyes by the end of today!". any other nicknames are fine. โก
โ commanding is never done vainly. "vainly" as in using empty words, without any meaning. decreeing is always done in consciousness, therefore you have to acknowledge the power of your words and not be superficial about them. the way you talk to your subconscious mind isnโt really essential. the way you feel about it is important. trust me, this method is powerful. however, it depends on your ability to use this method to your advantage.
โ donโt worry about an empty feeling after you commanded your subconscious mind. remember, your subconscious never sleeps and therefore takes in all the suggestions from the outer world. it is your job to become conscious of your desire aka to claim it to be yours. you are no longer affirming from a state of lack but a state of knowing. knowing that creation is finished.

I have a feeling many of us in the manifesting/loa community are afraid of the 3d and only keep talking about the 4d, since it's basic sense the 3d is a reflection of the 4d. We affirm things like I have this or that in the 4d and it will be in the 3d since mirroring.
BUT
We can directly affirm that whatever we want has already been materialized in the 3d and affirm the fuck out of it because for some that's easier
Again , I understand being afraid of the 3d since it quite dosen't match our preception and it's easier to manifest in the 4d and it will workout anyways
So at the end there is no wrong or right way of manifesting just do whatever the fuck you want and have fun

I was doing lullaby method for waking up in void this afternoon while taking nap.... Guess what I saw a dream.
Its little critical i was dreaming in a dream... I don't know how to explain... In this dream it felt like lucid but it was not... Actually I saw my watch 2-3 times all the time it was showing different time so i become aware then I instantly affirmed for void... And boom i was there.....void Looked just like space with stars... And then in dream i came back... actually I think this whole dream was plotted by my subconscious mind... It felt lucid... But i was not controling it... It was just happening by its own.......

But i am taking it as a sign.... That i can do it no matter what....
