Happy Reala day!
Hoooooo, boy! I finished this comic in the winter of 2021 and had to wait so long to post it. But the original idea goes back to 2015 when I was new to the fandom So this little comic has been cooking for quite a while…

So this is my headcanon of how Claris’ and Reala’s friendship started. But most importantly, where Reala has been all this time between his defeat in NiD and April fool’s event in Christmas NiGHTS

"I think you have a fever, you feel warm"
"Bless you, you sound congested"
"Sounds like you're losing your voice"
"That cough sounds horrible"
"Can I help you?"
"You need medicine"
"Feeling any better?"
"Do you need anything?"
"Here, this will make you feel better"
"Are you cold?"
"What's bothering you? What hurts?"
"Maybe I should take you to the doctor..."
"Let me take a look"
"You need rest"
"Let's get you to bed"
"I don't like the sound of that"
"Save your voice"
"Blow your nose, you'll feel better"
"I know you're not feeling well, I'm sorry, I wish there was more I could do for you"
"103? ...no wonder you feel so bad, come on we need to do something about this"
"It's okay, you can't help it"
"Have you been sneezing this much all day?"
"You must be exhausted"
"You sleep okay? No? Looks like you could use a nap"
"Good job"
"When did you start feeling sick?"
idk i really like when a character gets progressively sick like
Day 1 Character A goes to school with a slightly runny nose and an occasional cough. Character B notices and comments on it but Character A is like “nah i’m good”
Day 2 Character A’s slightly running nose is slowly turning into a waterfall and the coughing gets more frequent and is accompanied by a raspy voice. Character B questions why Character A is even at school and Character A brushes the question off with “it’s just a small cold”
Day 3 Character A is running a fever. Their face is flushed and glistening with sweat despite the chills wracking their body. The runny nose leads to aggressive sneezing fits and the coughing is pushing every few seconds. After an intense coughing fit at their locker, Character A is forced to grab onto the locker door to keep from toppling over as they start to sway. Character B is downright worried now and scolds Character A before carefully leading them into the parking lot and into the car to go back to Character B’s house. Character A tries to protest but Character B brushes any complaints off.
