Байкал — не единственное озеро, где поднимающийся со дна метан замерзает в ледяном покрове. Это все происходит слоями, поэтому в результате получаются причудливые россыпи, ниточки, шарики, лепешки и .т. д, уходящие в глубину вод озер, которые можно разглядывать бесконечно.
