I've 90% completed a discord server for people who just want to share their tmnt ocs or y/n art with the turtle gang (mainly the rise generation) since it breaks my heart ever time a person has to be an ass about rejecting or shaming individuals for drawing their ocs or y/n with the turtles, for whatever dumbass reason.

In this server, I welcome everyone, but kindly ask that adults post their stuff in the nsfw rooms, where minors can not see them for everyone's safety. If possible, there will be events for whatever me and my staff have decided for the month (the deadlines will always be flexible depending on the person's schedule to finish their entry). Some contests can even be held by a member wanting to do a "Draw This In Your Style." Just ask for permission from the staff and myself included.

The incompleted part is mainly the chatrooms for the adult audience, but they will be completed as soon as I can work on them as of date. The current mod team is the lovely @mrabubu and it means a lot despite only having one mod for this server.

What's going on right now in the Republic of Georgia / Sakartvelo? A new legislation just passed that official bans - human rights essentially, gay-marriage, gender-firming care and surgery, any 'promotion' of queer identity. Soon after this legislation passed, trans model Kesaria Abramidze was murdered as a direct consequence of this.

Why is this super extra bad? Besides the several many lives at stake, the safety of queer families and the lethality of hate crimes, Georgia's wish to enter the EU is falling to a complete simmer due to this, soon to be extinguished completely. Throughout the history of literature, we’ve been given countless instances of women in despair and in sadness but save for a few writers (take Euripides, for example), we’ve rarely ever been given angry women who aren’t the villains or the foil for the perfect poised passive princess. Female rage has constantly been subdued and erased or warped into “she’s just batshit crazy” in pretty much every society.

And now that publishing and media marketing has reduced women showing rage in books to the “white hypersexual girlboss with a knife”, instead of uplifting the way women are allowed to have more dimension and sympathy in their visible anger than ever in literature, the media still isn’t taking this subgenre seriously.

i love it when characters are codependent. i love it when losing someone feels like losing a limb. i love it when two people "complete" each other so wholly and terribly that one can barely function without the other. i love it when the fear of losing the only person who understands them is so all-consuming they'll destroy anything to stay together, including themselves.
