i hate seeing people now making fun of those who care about privacy online. i've seen people saying things like "well they already have your data. what are companies going to do with it" and it's like, that's not the point. it's that companies /shouldn't/ be able to have my data and sell it. am i aware they probably already have my data? yes, absolutely. but i'm still going to try and keep them from monetizing it any further, why are we defending companies selling data they shouldn't have to begin with though?

#395. In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, Kanto Elite Four member Lorelei has a house on Four Island in the Sevii Islands.
Inside the house contains 6 Pokémon Dolls, but every time the Player defeats the Elite Four and enters the Hall of Fame 25 times, an extra Pokémon Doll will appear in the house. This continues until the Player has entered the Hall of Fame 200 times and a total of 14 Pokémon Dolls reside in Lorelei’s house. (X)

Love how by late game in stardew valley you can cast spells and teleport and change the weather and talk to animals and commune with spirits and dwarves and shadow entities but the only person who even acknowledges that you aren't a normal farmer and you've literally become a wizard is the one other wizard in town
