Saw someone I follow reblog this and knew I just had to once I started reading it. [Was gonna reblog what they said with this but wasn't sure if that was ok.]
I have testimonies you'd be surprised to hear. I wasn't ever forced into Christianity, it was a choice I made myself and there's sincerely not a single thing I regret about it other then not growing up with the Lord when I was younger. If I had a chance I'd make this post longer- so long it probably wouldn't even wanna post.
God truly loves everyone. There's nothing more in this world that He wants then His kids coming home to Him again. We share the gospel and spread the word of the Lord or bring Him into a conversation because we love Him and want you to be saved too. It's got nothing to do with putting you down, annoying you or out of bad intent.
Christians don’t tell you about Jesus because we are trying to add one more member to our religion. We do it because we believe you’ll be in eternal trouble if you don’t hear about Him. We’re worried for you. In other words, Christians tell you about Jesus because we love you. This may not always be the case, but usually it is. We may come across as annoying or intrusive. We understand. But if you saw someone standing in a burning house, would you watch them burn just to keep from bothering them, or would you run into that house and pull them out? We love you. Do you really believe we would hold ourselves up to ridicule if we didn’t really believe our testimony was true? We know we are going to get called names and laughed at for talking about Jesus. We do it anyway. Why? Because we believe. And we consider it more important that people are saved than that our pride is preserved. Consider this: Maybe something that Christians are willing to get insulted, humiliated, even wounded just to talk to people about is actually worth listening to. People don’t just run into a burning house for no reason.

You know how it goes. Jason steps out of the Lazarus Pit. He becomes Red Hood. He hates Bruce. It's the same story. A thousand universes reflecting the same events.
Jason walked back to his apartment, throwing his costume on the floor. He takes of that suffocating helmet, sighing in relief as his forehead feels the cool air. With four fingers, he comes his bangs out of the way.... and freezes.
Bruce used to do that.
After patrol, when him and Batman got back to the Manor, Bruce would take off his helmet, and comb his hair out of his face with his fingers.
Jason gets annoyed, muttering about how it's just a coincidence, and how he couldn't be anything like his "father". But in the next couple weeks, Jason keeps noticing more and more. The way he throws his hands to up stretch while still sitting, the sound of his morning voice, even the way he liked his coffee.
Even... even the mirror started to betray him.
Jason always thought he would age, grow old with someone. But the lines under his eyes, the small curl of his cheekbone, even the grim line he set his mouth, they looked like Bruce. And for hours, he couldn't look away.
Jason stopped looking at mirrors after that. His eyes afar on any reflected surface. He tried getting his hair back to being red, but whatever dye went into the Lazarus Pit didn't come off. Even his body started betraying him. Rough hands, muscles, the same shoulder problems.
He was a walking copy. A twin. A mimic.
A paradox of himself.
Anytime he would accidently catch his reflection he would wince in pain before blinking it out. The last time he made a mistake like that, Jason broke the mirror, all the shards falling onto the counter, into the sink. His knuckles were red and bloodied, and even in the shards he saw fragments of the man he despised.
"What did I do? What did I do to deserve all this?" He yelled angrily, clutching the sides of the sink, fingers white.
The shards of glass did nothing, his fractured reflection gleaming off of their surfaces.

both the people who are like “ugh the stuff with controlling kris/the no mercy route is so preachy 🙄🙄 sorry for playing a game” and the people who are like “you’re messed up for playing/enjoying the no mercy route or snowgrave route” are MADLY missing the point….. you’re SUPPOSED to play the game. that’s why it was made. and you’re supposed to experience the interesting and thought provoking deconstruction of what it means to control the player character, and the subversion of the trope of indiscriminately killing rpg enemies, as part of fun and engaging little plot lines. and then you’re supposed to sit back and go wow! what a cool and neat thing to work into a plot. and then move on like…… i promise you toby is not actually trying to give you real actual lasting irl guilt for playing the games the way he painstakingly made them, and i promise theres nothing wrong with others fully enjoying the games the way he painstakingly made them either
Scout:"Hey ma, *insert brothers name* spilled the soda."
Ma:"Guess someone's out of Soda."
Scout:"What do I clean it up with?"
Ma:"Use a dirty towel."
*walks into bathroom, grabs a green towel hanging and sniffs it.*
Scout:"Oh yeah, that's dirty-" *scrunches face up*
Ugh, my heart. Him liking bugs because of his wife is just so sad and him probably not even remembering why makes it worse. ;_; ;_; ;_;
Lol, this looks icky- especially without a ref. Went with the flow and with what I remembered but uh, "Pico" everyone.
But mark my words...I will get an accurate piece of this lovely dude done.
