I think Claire and Jack should get to meet, have many complex issues, but then bond over a shared embarrassment of witnessing destiel after they've actually become a couple. They would be insufferable, somehow even more than they already are.

They see Dean drape himself all over Cas in the morning while calling him sunshine and offering him coffee and kisses or smth, and Cas who can easily throw anyone into a canyon just indulges him, and they're like ew what the hell stop that! not in front of my cereal pls get it together! And they share a look of commiseration and they're like... we're both stuck with this.
