2 years ago I had the chance to work with HMH Productions on the illustrations for their @carmensandiegonetflix card game. I did various interpretations of cities around the world for the different cards. I had a lot of fun making those! Here are the first two cities of a long series of little cityscapes illustrations, Mexico City (Mexico) and Ottawa (Canada).
Do you like Deltarune? If it's a yes... may I request some Jevil?
Deltarune is amazing, here you have some doodles-
Also, I think everyone just assumed Jevil haves little horns. And I'm down with that.
weary and wary are not the same word and have very different meanings and if i see one more person use wearily when they mean warily I’m gonna combust
My absolute favourite thing about Animal Crossing is when a villager blind sides you by coming out with something so profound you feel like you need to put the game down and stare at the wall for an hour.
(Please forgive my terrible calligraphy and if I used the wrong letters! I’m not well versed in my Japanese writing 😅..... and yes it’s Chuuya Yokohama because it makes sense in the BSD verse and they have the same syllable length as Carmen SanDiego lol)
wow how about that
Her name was İ. E. That's all we know about her name. She was a 17 year old girl, living in Diyarbakır, a kurdish majority city in southeast of Turkey. She disappeared one day. A turkish sergeant named Musa Orhan kidnapped her. He tied her to his bed, and raped her for 20 days. No food, no water, no contact with outside world, just pure horror. He let her go after 20 days. She went home, bleeding, with her intestines completely ruined, and had 80% paralysis chance.
That's all left from her. She committed suicide in hospital. In her suicide letter to her mother she wrote "He said 'You can tell about this every single authority in this country, no one will listen to you, no one will believe you. Nothing will happen to me. I did this dozens of times and nothing happened. But very bad things gonna happen to you.' What was my guilt? "
This is the monster who took her life:
Looking at this beast makes me nauseous but the whole world needs to see him. The whole world needs to know who he is. He's a turkish sergeant. He's living in Diyarbakır and NOTHING HAPPENED TO HIM. They released him. He confessed and they still released him. He's free. He's looking for other victims, roaming on the streets freely. He's free. They released him. Turkish Court of Justice decided he was innocent. They said he was innocent, they said he was innocent, HE IS FREE.
But there's someone who's not free:
This is the journalist who carried this to the news. Without him no one would know about this. But he decided that everyone needs to know this.
He got arrested for that. He's in jail for "being a whistle-blower".
For years we heard nothing but horror in news about women. A man putting his wife's body parts through a meat grinder, burying her head in her father's grave and putting her minced parts in front of the butcher shops, he's free, a man cutting his ex wife's throat in front of their little daughter, he's free, a man burying his daughter alive in the chicken coop for talking to boys, he's free, a man killing her ex girlfriend then throwing her body out of the window, he's free. THOUSANDS OF WOMEN get murdered in Turkey for various reasons, but their killers are free, because turkish justice always has an excuse for them: He was so madly in love. You read it correctly.
I hate this age with my guts and bones and every single drop of my blood.
I don't understand what's wrong with Americans. Why do they not want to notice and devalue the problems of other countries???? PEACEFUL protests in Belarus in which police SHOOT, BEAT !random passers-by! compared with the BLM in which aggression was shown more from the side of ordinary citizens. Lukashenko (the President of Belarus) is in power !!26!! years and people can't do anything because every election is rigged!!! I get disgusted when I hear from Americans "and we have trump (((((". HE is the PRESIDENT for ONLY 3 YEARS AND YOU CAN re-ELECT him. Now there is a civil war in Belarus, and this topic should be covered and shown!
Below are photos of how peaceful protests take place and how the police beat people for them
This is why you should care about what is happening in Belarus.
For a president who gets reelected with 80% after 26 years of rule, Lukashenko seems to really need to make sure the “irrelevant, minor opposition” is crushed, it seems.

coming out to my brother was one of the nicest moments in my life
Friendly reminder that Belarus still has death sentence, so you totally can push Lukashenko into a cannon and yeet him off to Russia.
Also, keep an eye on the news - Lithuanians will be recreating the Baltic Way in support of Belarus and it's pissing Sasha off ;)
"Don't be afraid, don't be shy. Everyone who voted for Lukasgenko, raise your hands."
*a handful of assholes raises their hands*
"Now those who voted for Tikhanovskaya, raise your hands."
*the whole factory staff raises their hands*
"This week, we've gone through hell. We admitted patients with split heads and multiple wounds from firearms. Prisons sent us young men with torn rectums and young women with vaginal laceration. It was obvious they had been raped, possibly with rubber batons or similar objects," - told Svetlana, an ICU nurse who works at a hospital in Minsk.
"In my 15 years of practice, I haven't seen anything like it. We got many people in comas, many people with concussions and damaged kidneys and livers resulted from beatings. One girl was reported to have ovariorrhexis. She was beaten brutally by a female warden of a female wing of the incarceration facility where she had been detained before coming to us."
