– ½ leek, chopped

– 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
– 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
– salt and pepper to taste
– chili powder to taste (optional)
Chop and mix the ingredients.
– Banana-Spinach-Green tea smoothie:
This smoothie is rich in vitamin A, C and antioxidants.
You will need the following ingredients:
– 100g/ 3,5 oz spinach
– 100g/ 3,5 oz banana
– 1 dl/ 0,4 cup green tea
Blend the ingredients until you get a smoothie.
– Basil:
Basil combats cold and improves your immun system.
You can make basil syrup with peppermint.
You will need the following ingredients:
– 4 l/ 1 gallon water
– 2 kg/ 4,4 pounds sugar/xylitol/honey
– 1 bunch of basil
– 1 smaller bunch of peppermint
– 3 lemons’ juice
Put the sugar in the water and boil it. Then let it cool down a little. It takes about 20 minutes. Put in the basil and the peppermint with the lemon juice. Blend it with a hand blender. Then pour it into clean bottles. You can drink the syrup diluted with water.
– Broccoli:
Broccoli contains vitamin C in large quantity.
You can cook broccoli soup with sunflower seeds.
– Fennel bulb:
Fennel bulb contains essential oils, flavonoids and sterols that have anti-inflammatory effect.
You can make fried duck breast, tomato sauce with juniper berries, fried fennel bulb and thai basil.
– Pine honey:
Pine honey contains manganese, phosphorus, limonen, felandren and other alkaloids that can help to fight cold.

Chop and mix the cabbages, the salmon and the onions. Make the sauce from the garlic, ginger, olive oil and water. Spice it, and you are ready.

Omnisexual- I like all kinds of donuts, however I feel a difference between eating a ringed donut and a jam donut or an apple donut. Sometimes I might prefer jam donuts or apple donuts.
Polysexual- I like more than two types of donuts but not all.
Asexual- I might not have a problem with donuts, and I may even enjoy eating them but I don’t have any desire or urge to eat the donut.
