so have you ever designed like an outfit for a character that looked good but didn't fit the character or the time your story is placed in i have done that sometimes the first time i did it was when designing a dnd character so basically i was using starfish faces Randomized character maker And I rolled the artisan background. I rolled animal hybrid. I got bear and for the gender, I got nonbinary so I was designed the outfit for that character, but then the outfit worked for them. Personality wise, but then it didn't look fantastical enough to be a dnd outfit, so I had to scrap it and try again If any of you ever had an experience like that, and also, I will show you a drawing of the character I'm talking about later

So this is the drawing of my D and D character nil Which is the name that has the meaning of nothing. Not like it's a name that has no meaning to it. It's a name that meaning is nothing like The Latin name nix Which means nothing So Nil used to be a fairy, but no longer is why because she gave up her magic Along with her wings And in general, everything that makes her a fairy besides her ears, she got to keep that, and now she has like a mark on her back to represent where her wings use. to be And so now she runs this small. potion shop where she sells potions to people like Medicine potions that can stop you from getting burned by fire Like useful potions And she's been trying to find a way to become a fairy again, but has had no luck until 1 day she heard two people talking about this mysterious magician that is said to be able to grant your any wish If you do something for them, or you help them So after hearing about this mysterious magician who can supposedly grant your every wish, she thought possibly she could become a fairy again if she. did something for them Or helped Them in any way, shape or form Is this magician is actually the real deal, or a fake depends on what the DM wants them to be And also, she does have the possibility of becoming a fairy again, because while she did give away a lot of her magic, she didn't give away all of it. She'll be gave away what was needed in order to save her friend from dying, and it wasn't all of it. So there's still some magic in her, but not enough to where she could cast spells Or levitate objects So there is a possibility that she could become a fairy again
