[ID: A digital drawing of "mossy-rainfrog's Malevolent season 4 boys", featuring a spread of designs from the bust up of various characters: Larson, Oscar, Noel, and John and Arthur.
Larson is a thin, white man with green eyes, brown-blond hair and a handlebar mustache. He has his chin tipped up and grins cruelly as he looks down, saying "Well, well." He is wearing a red suit with a purple tie. Oscar is a midsized, light skinned Black man with short, curly red hair, a goatee, and freckles. He looks right at the viewer with downturned brown eyes and an earnest, sad expression. He wears priest garments and has a cross necklace. Detective Noel is a skinny, older white man with tanned skin, greying dark hair, and dark eyes. He wears a gray hat and a gray suit with a brown tie. His mouth is set in a hard line and he looks suspiciously off to the side.
Arthur is a stout white man with short disheveled brown hair and various scars, including a scar across his throat. He has gold, unfocused eyes, and wears a brown vest over a yellow tie. John is looming over his shoulder, slightly obscured by Arthur in front of him. John is portrayed as a humanoid monstrous figure with a cracked pallid mask for part of his face. Beneath the mask and his golden-yellow hooded robe, his skin is empty blackness. The characters are all drawn against a maroon background. End ID.]
some doodles before I finish ep 40 and inevitably die a thousand deaths. I really like my designs of these guys tbh I think they're fun! I like Larson being unsettlingly young-looking and just the absolute worst. I also think Noel deserves to be old and Oscar deserves to be so kissable๐๐๐๐. also shout out to john who is pookie and my favorite jealous bitch ๐ i love podcast ๐
Finished season one of malevolent
[ID copied from ALT: The first image shows Kayne from Malevolent taking Sam Reichโs place on the game changer set behind the host podium. The set around him has splashes of blood. The second image shows Arthur Lester, leaning on a player podium on the set of Game Changer, looking off screen towards the host podium, looking haggard. John peeks over his shoulder. End ID.]
Now, you two understand how the game works?
No. Fuck off.
the type of deranged yapping sessions I burden my poor friends with atm
[ID: A digital drawing of Arthur Lester pulling a human John in by the tie, bringing their faces close together and grinning confidently down at him. John appears to be leaning back on a surface, and looks up at Arthur with a surprised, flushed expression. Sparkles float around their heads.
Character designs: Arthur is a lean white man with short blond hair, and he wears a brown suit with a dark yellow tie. John is a lean brown man with mid-length dark hair. He wears a patterned yellow suit with floral designs over a dress shirt and black tie. End ID.]
Still on my bullshit
He deserves a hat and a smile :)
Arthur and John in Dreamlands, a first piece about the new obsession, the Malevolent podcast. My life's still at the "horror is my comfort genre because the reality is worse anyway" level, and these two are keeping me sane, as wild as it sounds. And the beautiful picasso jasper with desert-like pattern
close-up below cut
[ID copied from ALT: Arthur Lester, a man with short, curly, brown hair, a thin mustache, the top part of his right ear missing, and visible scars next to his right eye and on his neck, stands on a dark corridor, holding up a lighter with his left hand, facing towards the viewer. He is wearing a dark blue pinstripe three-piece suit, a muted red tie, and a long brown coat. The corridor he is standing in is dark and tilted strangely to the right. At the end of the corridor behind Arthur there's a door hanging slightly open, with bright red light spilling out through the crack. On the wall to Arthur's left there are two framed silhouette portraits of two young women facing each other. A swirling dark mass filled with eyes and grinning teeth that seems to be coming out of the crack in the door is clinging on the ceiling and spilling down the wall towards the two portraits. On the wall to Arthur's right there is a dark shadow that seems to be cast by him, looming tall with two shiny yellow pinpricks of light positioned as its eyes. Right against the shadow's elbow there is a dusty mirror, and reflected on it is an arm clothed in tattered yellow robes, ending on a dark inhuman hand holding a lighter, mirroring Arthur's left arm. Neglected to post this earlier because of life stuff going on, but belatedly here's my piece for the @malevolent-fanzine, inspired by the early episodes of season 4 and the boarding house.
working out a kayne design - he's lowkey based off jim carrey bc i think he emotes similarly
[Start ID: Two sketches of Kayne from Malevolent. Kayne is a thin man with dark eyes and dark hair. He's wearing a black suit with a collared shirt and tie in the first then a bowtie and ribbed shirt in the second. His hair is neatly pulled back into a small low bun with a couple stray hairs sticking out at his forehead. He has pronounced cheek lines, smile lines as well as forehead and eye wrinkles. In the first sketch Kayne is tilting his head up and to the left, his mouth is open with a toothy smirk. In these second sketch Kayne is in a similar position but holding up an eyeball between his fingers. End ID.]
