Hi! I loved this last chapter so much, even as the hurt is breaking me, I know the comfort will be worth it. I just wanted to know what Xaden was doing on the flight back. Did he use his shadows to hold Violet the whole time? (You've done a fantastic job with this fic, I've been here since the very first few chapters and I've loved everything you've done with this fic ❤❤❤)

Yes, Xaden definitely had shadows wrapped around Violet the entire flight, making sure she was warm and comfortable and wasn’t going to fall and Tairn was going “I CAN TAKE CARE OF HER JUST FINE ON MY OWN SHE’S MY RIDER” and Xaden was like “I DONT CARE SHE’S MY WIFE I NEED TO MAKE SURE” and Sgaeyl had to make them stop fighting

trying out a pro hero shouto costume concept, based on a traditional japanese firefighter jacket… along with his pack, he’s got additional temperature regulators in the gloves and boots, with his clothes made of materials resistant to extreme heat or cold 👍

idk yet if i’m gonna keep this one, but it was fun to draft out :D
