Manifestation is instant. The only reason you don’t see it instantly in the 3D is because you’re still identifying with a state where it hasn’t happened yet. There’s no waiting period, no divine timing, no “process” unless you assume there is. The moment you shift into the version of you that already has it, it’s done. The 3D will catch up, but that part is irrelevant. Stop checking, stop doubting, stop reacting. Just be the version of you that has it, and it has no choice but to materialize.
Your circumstances do not matter
Last night, I was alone in my room, just thinking back on how life used to be for me and how I am so very grateful to be living the current life that I am living.
I was reminiscing on the fact that i manifested my life despite what I was going through and thought I should just let you guys know, IT'S OKAY TO BE THINKING NEGATIVELY. You're not going to be thinking that way all the time.
LISTEN
I used to be planning my suicide, calculating how fast trains or cars could go for me to be dead on impact at least once a day and I STILL MANIFESTED my dream life.
I knew that I couldn't fail not after over-consuming this much. I did my best to push away the fact that deadlines were coming (hence the planning of my demise) and yet I still did it.
If you need a post or two, or a few success stories to fall back and motivate you when you feel like giving up, save them and get off tumblr. Go out if you can, pick up some hobbies.
Idk where I'm going with this but come on, how long are you going to be delaying the life you deserve to live.
Why Does Physical Change Literally Happen?
{+1 explanation for the logical part of the brain}
“Will I just be pretending to myself?” “What is the logic in changing my current unwanted body for what I want to be and how others see me and this change?”
Some questions that go through our heads when we talk about manifesting the desired appearance, and this is normal. Let's demystify this and be absolutely sure to manifest more easily and quickly.
First no, you are not “faking it to yourself.” What you are doing is a process of mental self-reprogramming that uses the power of the mind to create a new internal reality, which will inevitably be reflected on the outside.
When you intensely imagine your desired body, your brain acts as if it were already true. It begins sending signals to your body to align your physiology with this new vision. This isn’t “faking it,” it’s literally reprogramming your system.
Your body is run by your brain. Everything it does—from regenerating cells to changing its structure—responds to instructions that you, consciously or not, send it. When you see yourself as the version of yourself you want to be, you are literally reprogramming your brain to create that physical change.
Examples in Science and Biology:
• Epigenetics: Your thoughts influence which genes are “turned on” or “turned off.” If you internally assume the identity of a person with the desired body, your body begins to align with that identity.
• Neuroplasticity: The brain reorganizes itself based on the beliefs you hold. It can change hormonal patterns, metabolic patterns, and even cellular regeneration to adapt to what you believe to be true.
• Assumed Identity: When you believe that you already have the desired appearance, the body begins to respond with real physiological changes. For example, a mental model of “I am thin” can change hunger patterns and metabolism, while “I am young” can stimulate collagen production.
• Instructions to the Subconscious: The subconscious controls automatic functions of the body, such as cell regeneration and fat distribution. It accepts everything you imagine with emotion as absolute truth.
People see you through the energy and confidence you exude. If you are aligned with the feeling that you are already who you want to be, others will automatically begin to treat and see you that way.
• They may not know “how” or “when” you changed, but they will notice that something is different. This is because your self-confidence and inner congruence have a direct impact on social interactions.
When you decide that you are already the desired version of yourself, you’re not pretending, you’re taking on a new identity. This is a conscious exercise in creating the reality you want, and 3D has no choice but to reflect that decision.
1. People who underwent hypnosis believing they had real burns on their skin developed physical blisters—because their bodies responded to their minds.
2. Patients in placebo studies who “believed” they were taking a rejuvenation drug experienced real physical changes, such as improved skin and organs.
These are extreme examples, but they show that the mind instructs the physical body, and the body obeys. It’s not symbolic or “just in the imagination”—it’s a transformation that manifests itself in the tangible.
To truly believe that your physical transformation is happening:
• Decide and Feel: “I already have this.” See your body as what you want, not what you “think it is.”
• Visualize Clearly: Imagine what it would be like to touch, see, and live with this body. Not just mentally, but as if it were already a reality.
• Believe in Inner Logic: Whatever your mind accepts as truth, your body will do. If you have assumed this new identity, your body has no choice but to follow.
It’s not pretending, nor is it wishful thinking. It’s using the power of your mind to literally transform your body into something physical and real.
how many times you shift a day
remembering a memory different from others.
sleeping and dreaming
waking up
every decision you made and acts you made on them
remembering someone or somewhere different from you memory. missing people but only certain version of them, in certain time in past. or when you see a place from your childhood it looks completely different (smaller or less vibrant)
when you are about to find out the outcome/result
illusions. smelling/hearing/seeing something only you notice but other's can't. glitches in reality
everytime you pass through a liminal space (your room's or house's door, crossroads, stairs, elevator, waiting rooms etc.)
déjà vu moments
things you know you threw out or lost appears again
feeling more beautiful or different when you look at mirror. even if it's your hair or something else in your body. noticing small changes. also differences in your home, clothes even cell phone. food tasting different, music sounds different.
that's not even all. add yours.
you shift multiple times daily and you still think you can't control it? let me start a competition to notice and count your shifts in a day
so happy to see you back <3 your success story has always been my favorite
did you ever deal with overthinking on your journey? i know the law is real but i keep thinking that i'm always doing something wrong. i know the law works but i can't seem to trust that i'm doing it right:(
there was a lot of overthinking at the most random times. I would be so fulfilled for a few days, no negative thoughts or doubts and then one day I'm overthinking like it's the end of the world. I became the most anxious person and there would be doubt after doubt.
I just learned to let it be. it will pass and as soon as I'm feeling better I can just Guide myself back to my desired state.
what was I stressing for when my desires are mine?
youre not doing anything wrong, I promise you that and when you do feel like it, just go back to the state
so I only ignore the 3d when is doesn't align with my desires? Like if im manifesting my desired apartment like you did, right now in my room and im obviously aware of my surrounds and can see my current room but this doesn't align with my 4d and desired, so I just look at it with no thoughts because this is just my old reality and doesn't matter and tell myself I have my desired apartment?
Yes! Your subconscious is blind. It doesn't know what your current surrounding look like. As long as you don't let your current surroundings effect your state, it doesn't matter if you see them. Don't let them tell you your manifestation isn't promised to you, and you will be fine
Imagine your journey like a path you're walking. You walk past houses, highways, through forests, caves, maybe sometimes it feels like you have to swim through oceans.
Some days are bright and sunny, you have music playing in your ears, there's a nice cool breeze, and you're making good progress. Other days it's raining, cold, or you realise that you wanted to take a different turn, and you have to go back a little to go into the direction you wanted to go in.
At the same time, you hear about other people walking their own roads. The amazing views they have seen, how perfect all their days look. It can be demotivating, scary, and the path you're walking might seem endless.
But you have to realise, you're always making progress. There is no destination, so there is no being stuck, or being back at where you started. You can turn back completely and still be walking in the right direction.
Not every day has to be perfect, nor will every day be bad. You're aiming for the mountains, the grand views, and they could be there any moment of your journey. But remember to appreciate the small things, the butterfly that flies by, the pretty tree that you rested against for a few hours, the cute little house by the water.
Even when you reach that view that you've always wanted to see, it's not your destination. You can stay there for weeks, months, years, but one day you'll keep walking, you'll cross an even bigger distance, and see views even more beautiful.
There is no wrong path or direction when it comes to shifting. Things like misinformation or anti shifters might make you feel lost, but regardless you always make progress. You learn, you grow, you adjust. You figure out who you are meant to be, and see which places you like, and which you rather avoid next time.
You're in your own little world, on your own journey. Someone might give you an exact map that lead them to something pretty, but how are you gonna depend on someone else's map when it's made for a completely different place?
Take advice from people, get inspired, learn from their knowledge, but remember that it's your journey. You absolutely never can do anything wrong, I promise. You're exactly where you're meant to be, and always will be :)
Daily reflections #3
I can of mine own self do nothing. John 5:30
I know a lot of people (myself included more or less) struggle with letting go of the "getting" and focusing on the "being". A need to force something into being, because you want something so much. But truth be told, you cannot force anything. There is nothing for you to do.
It's impossible to force anything into being, because creation is finished. This means that that version of you has already forever existed. You do not conjure anything new, it is all there already. You do not have to do anything to create it into your world, you must only appropriate the state. You only change your assumptions, not the world.
Surrender yourself to the law. Let the ball of events roll, be the observer, but do not interfere. It seems like you're not getting what you want? Okay, what of it? You shall imagine anyway, because that's what your inner-self desires.
What do I, the Inner Self want? This is the only question that should matter to you. (Edward Art)
Yield yourself to your desire and know that it shall be expressed through you. Do nothing but that and see the world transform before your eyes.
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8
You have shown yourself what is good. Imagination, the forever being, has showed yourself, the mortal, what is good. And all you must do now is persist in that goodness through forgiveness and mercy to yourself.
It is all mental. Nothing is to be done, but to surrender yourself to yourself.
when you manifested your apartment, you said that you struggled to ignore the 3d, but when you immersed yourself in the feeling every night did it suddenly become easy to be indifferent to the 3d?
Yes it did!
What also helped me was monitoring my thoughts throughout the day. Like I mentioned in my success stories post, I was reacting to the 3D without realizing I was. For example, I would think about how I needed to clean my house the next day or else my parents would be upset with me. These thoughts are inevitable and a part of dealing with the 3D, but I would end up dwelling in them instead of shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. It was difficult for me because these weren't necessarily <negative> thoughts, but they were still thoughts that didn't match up with my desired state. Once I started paying attention to my thoughts throughout the day, and shifted back to my desired state after recognizing thoughts such as these, I was naturally going back to my desired state a lot more. That + falling asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night is what helped me to bring my desire to fruition in the 3D!
How to Avail Yourself of the State Akin to Sleep
"Prayer is the art of yielding to the wish and not the forcing of the wish. Whenever your feeling is in conflict with your wish, feeling will be the victor. The dominant feeling invariably expresses itself. Prayer must be without effort. In attempting to fix an attitude of mind which is denied by the senses, effort is fatal.
You should awaken within you the feeling that you are and have that which heretofore you desired to be and possess. This is easily done by contemplating the joy that would be yours were your objective an accomplished fact, so that you live and move and have your being in the feeling that your wish is realized."
I. Intro.
In this post, I will guide you through the procedure of using the state akin to sleep to retrieve the feeling of the wish fulfilled. The state akin to sleep is a state of relaxation and receptivity akin to the feeling attained just before falling asleep in which you are able to shut out the limitations of the objective world and obtain reality of the subjective state. The drowsiness of this state facilitates the procedure of persuading yourself to believe that you are that which you desire to be because minimal effort is required to direct your attention towards the wish fulfilled. If you feel the wish fulfilled, you will live in the end and if you live in the end, your assumptions will harden into fact.
II. How to do it:
"If your world would change, determine what it would look like; then construct a scene which would imply you are there. If your mental construction comes close to your fulfilled desire, your little daydream will become a fact!" / "If the suggestion is given with conviction and confidently accepted by the operator as true, then you have the ideal setting for a successful prayer." - Brazen Impudence / Prayer, The Art of Believing Ch. 4
The first step is to define your objective. Have a clear idea of what it is you would like to be (or be in possession of).
Next, ask yourself, “what does the end of that goal look like?” For example, if you would like to manifest a prestigious job opportunity, you’d be congratulated on it. If you’d like to manifest a change in appearance, you would receive compliments (It doesn’t need to include another person, but you may find it more helpful in order to feel it more real). Whatever the end looks like, it must always be an event that implies its fulfillment, that it is done. This is the wish fulfilled (more on that later).
Get into a comfortable position. You can lay down or sit upright, it doesn’t matter, do whatever feels most comfortable.
Relax. You can do some breathing exercises, listen to music, have a warm drink, whatever it is that makes you relax.
Induce a moderate degree of drowsiness where you can still concentrate on the wish fulfilled, but be sure to not feel too drowsy where you find it difficult to focus. When you feel like you could move but you don’t want to (because you’re too comfortable), that’s when you’ll know you’re in the state akin to sleep.
Construct a scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire by making elsewhere here and then now, then feel it real by incorporating your senses into it and imagine yourself being present within your imaginal scene from your perspective. Confine your scene to a single action. If your scene implies that you have received wonderful news, do not wander off in your visualization by doing a thousand irrelevant things afterwards, simply stick to the congratulations and mentally feel yourself being present in your scene. Repeat the scene until it takes on the tones of reality. [A tip from Edward Art: Focus on feeling it real (feeling the wish fulfilled) first and then the sensory aspects of your scene will follow]
If you do this right and you’re able to shut out your senses and concentrate on that single sensation of fulfillment. You will actually feel as though it is all actually happening at this very moment, as if you are there presently. When you choose to exit the imaginal scene, you will quite literally feel surprised at the fact that you are back in the comfort of your home and not where you were a minute ago.
"As soon as man assumes the feeling of his wish fulfilled, his fourth-dimensional self finds ways for the attainment of this end, discovers methods for its realization" - Remain Faithful to Your Idea
III. The lullaby method
"If you cannot concentrate on an act, if you cannot snuggle into your chair and believe the chair is elsewhere, just as though elsewhere were here, then do this: Reduce the idea, condense it to a single, simple phrase. Whatever the phrase is, let it imply that the assumption is true, that it is concrete, that it is already a fact and you know it." - Assumptions Harden Into Fact
If you find it difficult to focus on a scene and feel it real or if you simply cannot conceptualize what the end would even look like, follow steps 1 through 4 and do the following:
Condense the fulfillment to three words or less and repeat them over and over again until your mind is dominated by the single sensation of thankfulness. Meditate on this phrase until you accept it as a fact.
Something that helped me understand the lullaby method was the following analogy: Think of a moment where you were repeating a word to yourself over and over again until it no longer sounded like a real word. The lullaby method is almost like that except in the opposite direction. Instead of repeating your three words until they don’t make sense, you repeat them until you are consumed by the acceptance of them, as if they do make sense.
Examples of three words that imply the end:
I made it, I passed, I got accepted, I found it, they said yes, I won, I am (beautiful, healed, employed, successful), thank you, it is done, it’s finished, isn’t it wonderful?, I AM
IV. Revision
If your goal is to revise an incident, you do the exact same process:
Construct a scene that would suggest the preferable outcome. If you dropped your phone and broke your screen, imagine that you caught it instead. If you received undesirable news, imagine what you would have preferred to hear instead.
Again, if you cannot conceptualize a scene of the ideal, pick three words that confirm the end. For lullaby, you can stick to “It never happened”
It could take some practice or maybe you’ll succeed at feeling it real on the first attempt. There comes a point where after visualizing or repeating those three words long enough that it’ll simply feel real. When you step out of that state you will feel surprised to realize that you’re no longer where your scene implied that you were. The vividness of your scene will feel as a real occurrence to you. Whenever I do the lullaby method and step out of that state I am filled with a sense of relief, as if my prayer has been answered. That’s how you’re supposed to feel after inducing the SATS rather than “hoping” that what you just did is enough.
Although you can induce the SATS at any time of day, if you choose to do it before bed (which is an excellent idea and I’m about to explain why), you can take that feeling of the wish fulfilled and fall asleep in that state. Always fall asleep with that satisfaction clouding your consciousness. Your prayer has been answered and there’s nothing left for you to do (but you can turn to the SATS whenever you need a reminder of the wish fulfilled).
V. Wish fulfilled briefly explained.
“When I speak of feeling I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. Feeling grateful, fulfilled, or thankful, it is easy to say, "Thank You," "Isn't it wonderful!" or "It is finished." When you get into the state of thankfulness, you can either awaken knowing it is done, or fall asleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.”
I remind you to proceed with this state not with the intention of doing in order to receive but rather to acquire the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Much like a prayer, think about it through the word "wish". Imagine what it would be like to ask for a wish and know that it's been granted, or asking for something and knowing you will receive it. How would you feel?
"The only condition required is that you believe that your prayers are already realized." - Feeling is the Secret Ch. 3
VI. How to you know if you’re in the state akin to sleep.
You’ll know you’re successfully induced this state where you’re still capable of moving but you don’t want to. You know when you rest your head on your arm or hand and you’re so comfortable that you don’t even want to move? That’s the state. It's like when you're so exhausted you throw yourself onto your bed and do not want to move because you immediately get comfortable, that’s how you should feel.
You’ll also know when you’re able to still guide the direction of your thoughts, if you’re too drowsy to the point where you’re slurring your words or cannot stick to your scene you've gone a little too far. You want to be able to focus and control your attention with as little effort as possible.
Symptoms may vary from person to person but here are the ones I personally feel that confirm I’m in the SATS:
My body feels slightly numb and will mildly twitch
My breathing is slow and short, my chest doesn’t rise much.
I am aware of the silhouette of my body but I cannot feel where my limbs touch.
VII. Misconceptions.
You do not need to physically impair the body.
You do not need to do this at night before bed.
The lullaby method is not affirming until you fall asleep.
Visualizing during the SATS is not a daydream, you are literally harvesting your future by assuming what the end looks like and then feeling the wish fulfilled.
You can induce sats at any time of day. Neville himself recommended inducing it at a specific hour every day and soon enough you would automatically begin to feel drowsy at that same hour every day.
It is preferable to visualize in first person rather than in third person as if you are watching a scene unfold because you are meant to feel the scene as real as possible, as if you are actually there at this very moment.
The affirmations are ideally condensed to three words or less so you can focus on them easier. I had personally found this to be much easier for me to remain focused when it’s only three words and not longer because I eventually start slurring my words.
How I personally induce the SATS:
I prefer to do it sometime between 18:00-21:00 when I have no intention of sleeping
I make myself a cup of tea (lavender or chamomile) so I feel relaxed.
If I struggle to focus I'll do a small ten minute guided meditation beforehand.
I then turn on brown noise or theta waves on noise canceling headphones.
I repeat to myself, “I am relaxed” “I am sleepy” until I start feeling drowsy.
VII. Final words.
I strongly advise you to approach the SATS not as a method but as a way to feel that your prayer has been answered. Do not induce the state in hopes of trying to “be” something because you can’t become what you already are. Utilizing your imagination during the SATS can be such a fulfilling and rewarding practice that I would encourage you to partake in it purely for enjoyment even when you are not specifically seeking the wish fulfilled. Remember to have fun with the SATS and let your imagination run free. ʚ♡ɞ
"Your prayer must be answered if you assume the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of your objective. To pray successfully then, you must yield to the wish, that is, feel the wish fulfilled." - Feeling is the Secret Ch. 3
one bad day doesn’t mean a bad life. one difficult situation doesn’t mean an impossible one. you are so much stronger than you know!
