i will like forever stand by the fact that self-insert art is good and helpful honestly. call it cringe or whtever but at the end of the day you need to realize that drawing yourself or writing yourself into your favorite media that makes you happy can be incredibly healing. there is seriously nothing wrong with wanting to experience a bit of a reality in which u live a life that is with your favorite character ever even if its "weird" cuz honestly who the fuck cares. make urself happy. let yourself have that singular pleasure of imagining yourself with someone or something that brings you comfort outside of this world that is not nearly as kind

its nice SO TRUEEE!! i just in general spent so much time without making fanart out of shame or embarassment for the things i liked but when i was thirteen or fourteen it really helped me to imagine these things although i still think real human connection is better if at some point you don’t believe or think you can stomach it

i'm gonna attempt to make a troll lineup. First up, aradia megido!!! Omg!!

Okay so, i basically made her more goat-like, with the eyes and the hooves. I also want to try and implement their signs in a more subtle way into their clothing.

I might just change the shading into cell shading, i think it might fit better with the overall style, but we'll see if i even continue this lolll
