being a shifter is when ure itching to overshare about your dr and then remembering that’s like giving out your personal info in this reality..
A lot of people, when explaining shifting, get the concepts of our BRAIN, SUBCONSCIOUS, CONSCIOUSNESS and AWARENESS all mixed up. Here's a little field guide:
1) Your BRAIN isn't universal. Depending on the reality and the extent of changes in your script, your brain will be a little different in each DR. You know that Marina & the Diamonds song that goes “I am not my body, not my mind or my brain Not my thoughts or feelings, I am not my DNA”? Funnily enough, that explains it pretty well. None of these things are set in stone for shifters.
2) Your SUBCONSCIOUS is the part of your mind which ensures that you end up in the right reality. This is how we can peacefully shift without having to worry about scripting every little detail; your subconscious is not a genie in a bottle, it doesn't work against you. Shifters often use “Your subconscious/The universe already knows what you want” interchangeably. This concept is also often referred to as 'intention'.
3) Your CONSCIOUSNESS is omnipresent throughout the multiverse. This is where a lot of shifters get confused — no, your consciousness is not what you are shifting. It is always present in every single one of your DR selves, no matter which reality you are currently in. When you shift to your DR, you will notice that you have been conscious in this reality all along, you just weren't aware of it before.
4) And finally, your AWARENESS. This is the part of yourself that can be shifted from one reality to another. Your awareness is not universal, it is always focused on one reality at a time.
i always get freaked out seeing myself with less than 10 fingers in a lucid dream 😭 i almost shifted to my le sserafim dr this morning but going through the portal backfired 😐
the concept of just leaving if it gets too bad
these are notes I’ve gathered to help me personally shift so they’ll only include what to do if you already know how to lucid dream. sorry.
tips to ground yourself once in a lucid dream:
✨DO NOT RUSH. Focus, keep in mind and firmly believe that you have plenty of time to lucid dream and shift.
✨widen your eyes & inspect your environment. try to see the details of everything around you.
✨look at your hands and really examine them, count your finger nails, look at the hairs, look at the lines & wrinkles
✨focus on the tiny details of things around you
✨ focus on your tactile awareness (grab something, feel all the details of it, examine it as you touch it)
✨move your tongue or try and bite it
✨feel the ground or look at the pavement
tips to shift once you’re grounded & stabilized within the LD:
✨ affirm and believe that you will shift to your desired reality
✨ find a door, create a portal, press a button, interact with any object you want with the FULL BELIEF and intention that interacting with this will trigger you to wake up in your DR.
✨set the intention and say to yourself “if I do _____ I will wake up in my desired reality”
✨ set the intention “once I fall backwards, I’ll enter the void state” and shift from there, or “once I fall backwards, I’ll wake up in my DR/waiting room.” then let yourself fall
⭐️ i will shift to my desired reality tonight. shifting is easy and i can do it whenever i want. ⭐️
affirm 'i shift on command' and then set the command. you have this!!!
Some of shifters are little too normal over the fact they are shifters. You're LITERALLY a traveller that explores the multiverse. you go through different universes YALL ARE TOO NORMAL ABOUT THAT.

losing my first kiss to someone i actually love.
being able to spoil the little sibling i wish i had here
playing games with my members & teasing each other after losing
making snacks at 2am in the morning cuz we got hungry
writing my own songs & actually being able to sing them
having a healthy friend group that i've known since i was a kid
being able to go the beach whenever i want
going on a plane for the first time

1. Clarify Your Intention: Decide clearly what you want, which is to wake up in the void state. Keep it simple and specific, like: “I will wake up in the void effortlessly.”
2. Affirm as You Fall Asleep: While you’re drifting off, repeat your intention in a calm and relaxed way. You can say, “When I wake up, I’ll be in the void,” or “I easily wake up in the void state.” Let this be the last thought in your mind.
3. Feel Confident: As you set your intention, feel the calm knowing that it’s going to happen. Don’t stress about the "how"—just trust that you’ll wake up in the void. The key is to feel relaxed and expectant.
4. Let Go: After you’ve affirmed your intention, let go of the need to control the process. The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be for your subconscious to guide you to the void state naturally.
Remember, you don’t have to force anything. With consistent practice, your subconscious will start aligning with your intention, and you’ll notice it happening more effortlessly. 💫
