A Little Saying

When I was a little girl, my mother used to repeat this to me first thing in the morning and last at night. She used to sing it to me when I was sick, and she used to chant it to me when I was upset. I do not know where she got it from, so if anyone knows the original creator, please let me know. But I wanted to share this because I still say it night and day, and I saw it when I am anxious (which is a lot) or preparing myself for a spell. 

I am a witch I am one with the earth, the universe and the divine May this day be free from strife and fear  May only joy and love come near With blessings given and received I walk in peace In word and deed
