it’s 1 am and I’m animating Jack merridew. we have finals due in 2 weeks. the lotf brain rot has consumed me

oh boy oh boy ok

so uhhh i kinda don’t have much of a plot for it. i mostly just have art bc i like to make concept art for stuff😞. but the idea is that the ship never comes, Jack and his tribe find Ralph and decide not to kill him (for reasons i haven’t decided on yet) but instead keep him captive and force him to join the tribe

so now everyone is under jacks leadership. jack gets ralph to hunt with him, acknowledge him as leader, participate in dances, and ralph resents him but complies out of fear

all the boys are terrified of Jack + Roger (they’ve seen what the two can do) but also enjoy the pleasures of being a united group with a goal and jobs. they eat meat often, get the fruit from the higher branches, and can focus on playing around instead of trying to be responsible like they did under Ralph’s guidance. [ it’s a cognitive dissonance thing, they know it’s wrong and do it anyways because it’s easier and more fun ]

samneric feel guilty but don’t do anything, some of the littuns ask ralph what happened to no response, piggy and simon die with only memories as their graves etc. i imagine ralph would just be super depressed and jack would be pissed that things aren’t how they were when they first crash landed (“HOW DARE RALPH NOT LIKE ME ANYMORE??? It’s not like I killed his best friends or anything!” vibe)

there’s probably some cannibalism in there too somewhere idk i haven’t planned it much outside of the basics ☹️☹️☹️ IF YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS LMK!!!!!!!!! PLEASE

Micheal6/ Micheal Seis / whatever you want to call him is basically my self insert oc. He’s me if I was a happy go lucky idiot👍👍

he’s naive, gullible, and assumes the best in everyone (including himself). He’s also extremely excitable and is often yelling when spoken to, cause he’s excited to have friends.

growing up, Micheal was homeschooled. He wasn’t really socialized properly, and he knows he can struggle with social interactions, but his mentality is basically “if someone doesn’t like me, I’ll MAKE them like me by being the best I can be!” And then he proceeds to make things worse

Because of this, he CANNOT take the hint. Find him annoying? Too bad. He’ll trail you like a lost puppy to the ends of the earth as long as he thinks a friendship is possible.

oh and for his relationships with the other people on the island, the most basic part is that he likes everyone and most people either don’t care for / don’t know him / are slightly off put by him. I would make a relationship chart but tbh I haven’t thought it out enough

outside of that i don’t really have too much info on him.. i originally made him as a joke so i could annoy the fiction character Norman as a character myself and decided randomly to make Micheal into an actual oc. so he’s a bit of an empty shell of a character 😓 also YAYYYY YOURE GONNA DRAW HIM??
