Life Audit

okay it’s been a while since I wrote anything, journal prompt, essay, research, or lists to bring my life to order.

Areas I want to focus on:

Career: what it means for me, goals, outcomes how can I help people, make a difference, how do I achieve that goal

Health: body, mind, & soul - what does that look like for me, how can I achieve this realistically, more movement, more reading, more listening to my body

Relationships: who are those that I care most about, how do I show it, what are small things I could be more mindful of, am I being honest with them

“you should be at the club” Brother I should literally be sent to the seaside for my health

i think about this very often to but to be alive is such a privilege. you can smell flowers, eat freshly baked cookies, lose yourself in the pages of a new book, listen to heartwarming music and read soul crushing poetry, meet kind and funny people, learn something new. i think the miracle is in waking up every day
