Say what it is you trying to say, but if you lie to me again I'll be the one who walks away.

Mike Doyle’s New Book, Beautiful Lego: Wild!, Explores Natural LEGO Wonders Of Epic Proportions

Mike Doyle is an artist, author and curator with an obsession with one of the most iconic toys of our generation: LEGOs. He has recently featured extravagant LEGO models made by dozens of famous artists in his latest book Beautiful LEGO: Wild! by No Starch Press. From the towering Appalachian Mountain tops, to busy marine life at the bottom of the seabeds, to otters, deer and foxes – this book captures the best of natural landscapes and creatures that can be found in the Animal Kingdom constructed from over 3,500 LEGO pieces.

Doyle has also included his own artwork: the 10,000 piece slice of the great Appalachian range. Despite being made from a playful hand, the meaning behind these art pieces is more profound. He hopes to raise awareness of the damage of the eroding mountains and the endangerment of the wildlife of the rocky range, at the hands of humanity. His LEGO formations expose this cruelty and danger beautifully.
