The problem with human attraction is not knowing if it will be returned.

something about loving a character and wishing the narrative did too

genuine question, what on earth did Max mean by "I need your head and your heart here, be the thing that pulls alex back" like my dude???? do you mean mentally pull him back? because if so, what makes you think that alex can be "pulled" back?
how do you know he's not hurt and that's why he's asking for help? why did they just assume that alex can pull himself back, my man sent you messages to come find him ??? don't you think he would have- idk - pulled himself back by now if he could? did I miss something or am I just stupid?
me when it’s the last fucking season and alex’s storyline is nonexistent
saying it in my head even after everything at the end of it they still don’t let this storyline be about Alex, they made other ppl disappear and other characters notice THAT right away. they’re prolonging Michael being proactive about it multiple times now and heap double standards on him
it’ll be one episode where Michael can make it about his love for Alex alone. maybe. and no personal journey for Alex at the end of it
when the audience questions these choices we have to see comments about how “not everything michael does have to be malex related!111” after this season? how is that even a relevant comment
writing choices can be criticized and it doesn’t have to be a personal attack on the character it affects
this season is just disappointment after disappointment after disappointment
