the beautiful thing about life is that you can always change, grow and get better. you aren't defined by your past. you aren't your mistakes.

this week is dedicated to creating instead of consuming. no tv, no tik tok, no books, no tumblr or instagram scrolling - instead lots of singing, dancing, sewing, writing, talking, humming, gardening, staring blankly ahead, and napping. also lots of reaching for my phone and catching myself halfway down my timeline before regaining consciousness. it’s proving to be hard but worthwhile. i think my spark is coming back.

Creating myself into the woman I want to be. I’ve never been more creative. Watch this come back.
