( ♡ ) get off your damn phone and get on with the game.
- you spend your whole day lying on the bed, scrolling through manifestation pages, in hope to find a 'method' that works for you or to give you 'hope' through success stories or to make you feel good about yourself or maybe to learn how to manifest 'correctly' or whatever might be the reason.
well guess what? you DON'T need 893727 methods to manifest, you were BORN with that in you.
wanna know how to manifest? tell yourself what YOU want to hear.
( ♡ ) manifestation is your very nature, you were born with the ability to manifest and you've been using it unconsciously ( default manifestation ) and consciously ( deliberate manifestation ) ever since you were a child. you think you can't manifest? you've been doing that your WHOLE life hun-
stop trying to find 'methods' because there is no correct way to manifest, you set the rules and you create the limits
you don't need to read 1426295 neville books to learn how to manifest, it is your very nature <3
so my only tip for you is to stop scrolling through manifestation success stories, methods, motivational posts etc., and start applying what you already know :D
and remember: if you can imagine it then you can have it
THE WORLD IS YOUR CANVAS NOW PAINT, PAINT!
who’s world is this? the world is yours - nas
Imagine that the world you’re living in is a blank canvas (because it is) and you’re the one holding the paintbrush, what would you paint? don’t think about what you “should” manifest. forget about society rules, forget about the people around you and what they’re doing. Start dedicating your time to thinking about yourself. So seriously, what would you paint?
It could be anything you please. ANYTHING. Go big and go beyond, nothing is too small and nothing is too big. don’t settle for anything less. In imagination anything is possible , so forget about logic. forget about the how and the when because those are completely irrelevant anyways.
ask yourself
what would you do if you just broke out that box that holds you back and did what you want? go for your wildest dreams. they’re possible. they’re 100% possible.
the fact that you have a deep desire for something shows that you were meant to have it.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF SUCCESS WAS GUARANTEED?
If you knew your desires were 100% yours and you knew it was inevitable and you knew nothing on earth could stop you from getting what you want..what would you be acting like? what would you be thinking like? would you really be doubting every minute? or…telling yourself that you were a failure? NO! so stop. start telling yourself the things you want, start telling your story you want to come true and discard the one that does you no good.
DON’T BE SCARED OF THE POSSIBILITIES
when we think about the potential we have, its common for us to withdraw and back ourselves up into a little corner and stay there. out of fear it is too much for us to handle, or we fear things in our lives will get berserk and we wouldn’t be able to handle it.
don’t let fear of something happening make nothing happen.
all these navy guys are the sameee😭 so toxic i hate it here
“You gotta be a sick mf to want to be slutted out by Jack Harlow”
How I manifested (crazy) physical changes
"I hate how I look! I am so ugly!" - everybody, from time to time
Here we go!
It all started like, a couple of months ago. You see, I used to have the worst self-esteem problems, mostly because of my chubby cheeks and my big, hooked nose. I used to literally avoid looking in the mirror because I started crying. Again, I think you'd be lying if you told me that you never, ever, felt that way. Well, the thing is, I was sick of crying and feeling bad. Back then I didn't have all the knowledge of the law I have now, but I still did it; it was the easiest thing I've ever done.
•••
So, not wanting to wait another day, I picked up my phone and took pictures of myself — feeling sick just by looking at them. I sent those hideous pictures to my tablet, and I started working (just know, if you haven't got a tablet for digital art, you can just use some random app in your phone or laptop that allows you to modify photos).
Now, let me tell you, what I did was crazy — I was laughing so much while doing it... I took the infamous golden ratio for faces and modified my face in the picture to match it. When I was done, it looked like I just had all the possible plastic surgeries in the world; but then it was time to get creative! — modify everything to your liking; I drew in longer eyelashes, darker eyes, slimmer cheeks, everything I wanted. I repeated the process on my side profile.
•••
By the time I was done, I looked at the pictures and actually recognised myself. That was really me. The new me. Enough crying, old Pía, just stare at those photos.
And that's it; I stared at those photos every time I felt "ugly" and, in the end, I walked around and felt like that girl. The new Pía; the most beautiful girl I've ever seen with my own two eyes. I looked in the mirror every now and then, and I remember thinking to myself:
"What's in there is not true. I am the girl in those photos"
And the 3D has no other choice but to rearrange itself at my own, free will
Remember that the next time a single doubt arises.

synopsis: the reader has pent-up stress and anxiety and takes it out on jack.
It was your first day back at your job ever since Alora was born and you were stressed out.
Jack insisted you stay home for a few more days. You knew he was only trying to make sure you were okay but it really set you off.
Postpartum depression had been kicking your ass and jack's constant nagging didn't make it better.
"Baby you really don't have to go back so early." He said, wrapping his arms around you from behind.
He kissed your neck softly and you shook out of his hold.
"Jack, I want to go back. You know I don't like to sit around and do nothing." You said sliding on your blazer.
"You know I'm just trying to help. I may not know what your going through right now but just know I'm always here for you." He said running his hands through his curls.
"Baby I'm fine." You said before giving him a kiss and walking out of your shared bedroom to wake your baby up.
"I don't know what to do steph! I know he's just trying to help but he's honestly just making things worse." You said frustratedly to your co-worker.
"I totally get you, when I had my son every little thing my husband did pissed me off." She said giggling softly at the end.
"But guess what? It's normal babe! It's just your body going through changes and he's trying to help you out." She said rubbing your back softly.
"But steph what if it doesn't get better? I feel like I'm falling out of love with him." You said tearing up out of pure guilt.
"Aww honey come here." She said pulling you into her chest.
"I feel like a bad wife and a bad mother." You said crying softly into her chest.
"It'll get better, my love I promise. You love that man and he loves you! After all the wild stories I've heard about the both of you I can guarantee you still love him. When this all blows over you'll be okay." She said, coaxing you through your tears.
"I love you so fucking much man." You said wiping your tears and giving her a proper hug.
"You look exhausted." Jack said when he saw you on the couch typing away at your computer.
"I have to get this done." You said tiredly rubbed your eyes.
"Mamas, I don't like the way your working yourself. If your tired take a break and try again tomorrow." He said sitting next to you on the couch.
You looked up at him tiredly with tears in your eyes. You hated feeling useless.
"That's easy for you to say jack. I'm not a celebrity! I don't have thousands of people ready to help me. Money doesn't just come out of my ass. I have a job to get done and your getting in the way!" Your sudden outburst surprised you.
Jack was stunned by what you said.
He knew you were going through it and he tried his best not to take it personally but there was only so much he could take.
I don't think I can do this anymore jack." You said putting legs up to your chest.
"You can't do what?" He said nervously, bouncing his leg up and down.
"Us babe." You said closing your computer and walking into your shared bedroom.
this was inspired by that on human resources episode !
“mommy, can i have this?” alora asked pointing towards the fruit snacks in the candy bowl.
“after dinner bubby.” y/n said adding the beef to the lasagna.
alora huffed and walked out the kitchen to play with her toys.
she looked at her papa who was busy on his computer, doing god knows what for work.
she whined knowing she wouldn’t get what she wanted because her mom isn’t the type to spoil her that much.
“papa, can you get me candy please?” she asked putting her chubby hands on his legs, looking up at him innocently.
“of course bubs.” he said, picking her up and setting her on the couch.
he walked into the kitchen opening the pantry and grabbing two packs of fruit snacks.
“thank you papa!” alora said standing up on the couch to grab them from his hand.
“your welcome my love.” he said bending down to give her a forehead kiss before getting back to work.
“dinner will be ready in about an hour- what the hell?” y/n stopped mid sentence.
“what happened?” jack asked looking at her confused.
“why are you eating candy after i told you to wait after dinner?” y/n asked crossing her arms.
alora immediately hid in her dad’s neck. she always did that when she knew she was in trouble.
“alora you are something else.” jack said with a laugh. you just rolled your eyes and sat next to him on the couch.
“your not in trouble bub, but when mommy says no you listen okay?” jack said to the four year old.
“i’m good baby, don’t let it happen again though.” y/n said running her fingers through alora’s curls.
“okay papa.” and she turned to her mom offering her a gummy but she declined.
