March 1st is Self Harm & Suicide Awareness Day.

This is very near to my heart because other than myself, I know many people who struggle and have struggled with these things. Wear anything orange, any TWLOHA apparel, draw a butterfly on your wrist to show support for those struggling. For those who are struggling or have in the past, draw an orange ribbon on your wrist, arm, or wherever you’d harm. This all representing overcoming and becoming new.
