Your girl is obsessed with green smoothies now. It’s my new favorite way to wake up - after lemon water or tea - and it’s refreshing, nutritious, energizing, and healthy. I’ve been experimenting quite a bit lately, and I’ve come up with a pretty surefire recipe 😋
1 frozen banana 1 frozen apple (or raw, if you like your smoothie less chunky) 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup coconut yogurt (I tried frozen coconut chunks but it made the texture a little funky) 1 cup spinach 1 cup baby kale 1 inch stick raw ginger (this will really wake you up, and helps clear out your system ;)
I topped it with chia seeds and hemp seeds as always, but feel free to experiment with coconut chips, berries, fruit, etc. Let me know how you all like it!

Echinacea tea is used to relieve the symptoms of a cold, and according to some studies it can even shorten the duration of a cold. Extracts of echinacea support the body’s immune system, increasing the number of white blood cells which help fight infection.
While echinacea doesn’t generally cause problems for people, it can interact with some medications, so please do further research before deciding whether it’s the right solution for you.
