On your journey to success, you may find that manifesting does inevitably come with an art of discipline and persistence. However, this is not to say it’s tiring, draining, difficult, or effort based at all. The discipline comes naturally, and persistence is without resistance. As the creator of your reality, you are met with infinite probable selections. Infinite states you may occupy, therefore leading to infinite possible realities you could experience. Taking responsibility for this and making the decisions that align with the life you wish to live is being, not doing or trying
The process of mental dieting can be quite confusing at first because there is a constant nagging reminder that you are supposed to return to fulfillment as frequently as you can. However, this is not about setting a schedule or reminders throughout the day to try to slip into the state a certain number of times an hour. Even though returning to states should be easy and the goal is to truly embody that new identity as much as you can, it is common for people to get distracted from being, and focus too much on trying.
It’s understandable to experience some good days and some bad days. There will be days when it’s easier to feel optimistic about the Law in general, and days where all you want to do is give up and spiral. The key point here is that positive thinking and optimism isn’t the reason why you can maintain a more stable mental diet. Mental dieting is to help change your beliefs. Each moment you return to the state of the wish fulfilled is to identify with a different probable reality where you are experiencing your desire. It is a choice you are making to feel what it would be like to have your desire. It is not thinking about your desire with little conviction. There is a difference between “okay I have my SP back. did I feel it right?” vs “I accepted the feeling of being back together, therefore I am experiencing aligned thoughts and emotions due to my conviction in knowing this will reflect into my 3D.” Acceptance is always the first step in this equation. Trying to do anything, whether it be forcing the state of the wish fulfilled, forcing the 3D, or using effort based techniques such as robotic affirming are all less efficient than accepting what you want to be true for a moment.

Additionally, there is no such thing as waiting to feel fulfillment. It’s understandable to have fear or doubt around feeling like you are unable to fulfill yourself whenever you want, but the truth is everyone needs to stop waiting. Make the decision now. Don’t tell yourself you’re gonna go all in tomorrow or next week or after the next motivational video. You occupy a state of awareness every single moment of the day. There is no excuse not to give yourself your desire now, because of the following quote:

When you are feeling down on days where you’re not so confident about your manifestation skills, it’s at core a reminder that you are still viewing life as someone who is “trying” to obtain a desire that seems separate from you. We have been manifesting and creating our whole lives. Even your personality is based on the beliefs that created your environment starting from when you were born. We often let our mind run on autopilot and allow it to entertain negative possibilities that we expect to unfold even when nothing has been seen in the 3D yet. We place such faith in expecting the worst when it is unseen, but we rarely do the same for the positive best outcome, because society has taught us all about probability, things going wrong, luck, and every other reason which implies there is something or someone outside of ourselves that can control an individual’s reality. Expectation of the negative, whether it be you’ll never get that SP back, they are in love with someone else, you will lose that job, or overall the Law just doesn’t work will often lead to feelings and emotions of fear, lack, anxiety, etc.

When manifesting anything, the key to being is knowing how you and your desire are one. Everything already exists within you, and that combined with how creation is finished should be a powerful understanding that brings you to realize there is no such thing as “doing” this or that to make your 3d change. Your awareness of being is enough. By conditioning yourself into an identity / state you become one with it and manifest that state into reality. You, while far more than the state you are one with, have to become it by placing your awareness on it. Doing this is as simple as the decision to be something, you choose to become aware of being that state, and it manifests when it is natural. It should be noted that the time it takes to make something natural is dependent on the frequency, not the length of time, so do not expect months or years to yield results. In fact, such a long time with no success is a blatant mistake that you are either lacking discipline in your mental diet, or a failed approach due to more effort than being.

Everyone has their own choice for what method they prefer to use for manifesting. Some people like affirmations because it feels like a solid statement that helps them feel into the state. Others may choose visualizing since scenes may help them get their imagination running. Ultimately it does not matter what you do as long as you are focusing on the end result while patiently knowing that it will become your reality. We all gained interest in the Law because of what it promises us, but if you aren’t being the promise first, then results won’t come to you no matter how much “effort” you put in. As Yoda once said in Star Wars:
“Do or do not, there’s no try.”
Your sleeping hours are just as important as your waking hours of life. Your sleep plays a major role in your manifestation, so the last waking state you occupy is crucial. “You must be in the consciousness of being or having that which you want to be or to have before you drop off to sleep. Once asleep, man has no freedom of choice. His entire slumber is dominated by his last waking concept of self.”― Neville Goddard, Feeling is the Secret
A method of aligning your state with the wish fulfilled while you are drowsy is commonly known as SATS. Although SATS is often done right before falling asleep, there is nothing special about the time of day you do this. It is equally effective to do SATS as soon as you wake up or during the day. It is an extremely helpful way to manifest, but it differs from techniques such as affirmations, visualizations, scripting, etc because it’s a state. Affirmations themselves hold no meaning, and the scenes you visualize aren’t what manifests either. State Akin to Sleep refers to the deep state of consciousness during meditation or just before falling asleep. The reason why Neville recommended this method is because your last waking state is what dominates your entire sleep, and it sets the ground for your next day. You will often find that falling asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled vs in a state of lack can be very different for how easy your mental diet is the next day.
There are 2 different ways to go about SATS, but ultimately they both aim to achieve the same goal: making sure your last waking state is aligned with having your desires.
The traditional way is what many people know. Finding a comfy position, visualizing a short 10-15 second scene that implies your manifestation is fulfilled, looping that scene until you fall asleep.
The second way is simpler because some people feel like looping a scene puts too much emphasis on trying to “make it work” or “do it right” instead of focusing on the feeling and being part. There will always be people who don’t enjoy doing that, but because the goal is to fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled and not necessarily how perfect your scene is, so an alternate way is to enter that state right before you knock out, and it will be just as effective.
Your SATS scene does not have to be perfect at all. It doesn't matter if you visualize in first person or third person or how you go about this, because your only goal is to focus on the intention you set for your scene. Just like your daily mental diet, knowing and conviction is what brings about your desire. This is also why it's not absolutely necessary to loop the scene and even beat yourself over it not being a perfect cycle.

persisting, the 4D and letting go
"How do I persist even if I don't see anything?"
"You just persist" is what I've been told time and time again. "Yeah, but how?" is what I shot back. And silence followed. Paraphrasing, there's this quote by Einstein I've seen around here saying that, it's when you sit with yourself in the silence you're so desperate to fill up, when you stop looking for answers, that's when you get them. It doesn't matter how many times people here tell you to persist (to decide, to know it's yours) if, when you close the app, you forget everything and go right back to the old story. Why keep entretaining a story that you don't like? It's like if you're watching a really bad movie -- you can just turn it off.
You are able to persist. It's not something supernatural that only a handful of people can do. Everyone persists in something. You are persisting in the old story, for example. "B-But... Why??? Why is my subconscious doing this to me? I want to change!! I do!". This is so silly. Why are you mad at your subconscious? There's no 'good' or 'bad' (or 'ugly') story, that's just something you add the meaning to later. Your subconscious doesn't know the difference.
In the end, it all comes down to choosing. Just one final choice (do I even need to tell you that you're the creator of all? You must know by now). When you choose -- when you accept that you have it in the 4D once you imagine it, that's who you are. And once you've chosen, you cannot just give it up. You don't need proof in the 3D when the 4D is the only reality that should matter right now. Accept that you have it and move on. Creation is finished.
"And how do I convince myself it's set in stone?"
Close your eyes right now and imagine whatever it is that you "want". You can see it. You've just experienced it within, you can't deny that. That being said, you now know creation is finished. It's done. Done. Done. Done.
The 4D is the only true reality. It's the blueprint, nothing would exist in your 3D if it wasn't for it, your old assumptions, thoughts and ideas. For you. All you need and want already exists within you. Your desires are not separate from you, so you can experience them within; your mind is not separate from you, so you can change your old patterns; your 3D is not separate from you, so you can control it! You are the 3D and the 4D, just -- different, in another form.
The 3D is not real; it is a reflection of your mind! It may feel real, look real... But just because you see from it, not beyond it; the body is experiencing the 3D, but it's when you start to look at it from the 4D that you can understand that and take it in. All you need is the 4D. And, within, you've already experienced your desire, and you don't need anything else in order to experience materialization. It is set in stone if you decide it is -- so choose.
"I want to experience 'x' now. What do I do everyday in order to get it?"
No. There's no "getting". There's no "in order to". There's no "want". From the moment you get involved in the imaginal act, creation is finished, and 'x' is already experienced. Therefore, it's done. If you're not focusing on the end, but rather on the "I want", you're in a state of lack. Shift your state. Why not? It's not hard; you're in a state now. But I get it. You want the -- 'real' experience in the 3D? You want everyone on here to stop talking in riddles and tell you what to do, because random people on the internet have more power over you than... you? Aren't you tired of chasing? Of trying? Maybe not -- enough.
But seriously, if you "want" "it" "now", persist in the knowing and go to sleep. Tell yourself it's done and it's done. Persist in the old story and that's what you "get". Persisit in the new one, and your reality shifts. After all, "nothing changes if nothing changes". Don't allow any other thought to distract you from the end. Just -- don't. Thoughts come and go, and doubts will come as well; observe them and let them go. The end will materialize in the 3D because it has already materialized in the 4D. The inner man is your true you, so be him. Be unbothered by the neutral 3D and focus on living as the inner man.
"Is this fail-proof? How do I know I'm not just wishing my life away?"
It's real if you assume it is! Now get off this app and do something! Because, who's going to do it for you? Be the inner man and continue being! It will happen! Trust yourself. Trust. Why not?
I’ve learnt to live somewhere between the preciousness of life and the wonder of the great beyond.
This challenge is to help you address concerns you may face when trying persist your desired state. I call it a discipline challenge because it is to help you maintain the key ideas of the law in your head and to keep conscious of them in order to persist your desired state. By following this challenge you will learn to accept that 4d is the real reality, this will aid in accepting your desire as nothing but an undeniable fact, help you to not be in the state of waiting, impatience and lack.
This day is focused on accepting the 4D/consciousness as the real reality. This is a huge step because once you have accepted this, it will be easier to get into your dominant state as you have understood that consciousness is the only reality and accepted this. So how will we do this? Through repetition and affirmations - not in a method way but to get this idea stuck into your head. I feel like majority of us keep forgetting this and it leads onto spiralling and what not.
Affirmations:
I know that the 4d is the only reality.
Consciousness is the only reality.
Why would I be worried if I have everything in my inner world?
I have all my desires in the 4D.
You will do these affirmations on a rampage for five minutes - I know it's giving Sammy Ingram but these ideas will be eventually impressed onto your subconscious - making it easier to occupy your state. And after the rampage do it throughout the day as well.
This day is focused on addressing and overcoming problems that may assist in you falling out of your state. Most big one that majority of us suffer from is being in the state of waiting which does not make sense. Why would you be waiting, when according to the law once you accept you have your desire, that's it. It is done from then on. You have claimed it into your 4D. There is no waiting in the 4D. One thing some of us can suffer from is impatience. Why would you be impatient, when you have it all in your 4D?
This day will include a five to ten minute vaunt on why would you be waiting / be impatient. You can follow your own vaunt similar to this or add in more to this vaunt. Just take the following vaunt as an example!
Vaunt: I literally have everything in the 4d so it is pointless for me to wait. I love having everything in the 4d and the 3d does not matter to me at all. Being impatient is such a silly concept because I literally have everything in my inner world. I am satisfied with having all my desires in the 4D. I have came to acceptance that I have everything in my inner world and I could not be any happier. Waiting for my desire is such an insane thing to do because I have all my desires in the 4d.
This day is focused on all those that keep looking for movement in the 3D. Sometimes people are really focused on movement, they say they have been in a state for so long and say they have never gotten their desire. It is obvious they are looking for movement and are aknowledging and dwelling on the state of not having their desire, which is silly! By doing Day 1 and 2, it should ease you into not looking for movement in the 3D.
Affirmations:
All my desires have materialised into the 3D because the 3D only reflects my 4D.
Looking to the 3D is crazy because I have all my desires in the 4D, which is the true reality.
I have accepted that I have all my desires in 4D and looking for movement in the 3D is pointless.
Combine these affirmations with day 1 and 2 on a rampage or as a vaunt for six minutes and it will help you to accept that the 4D is the real reality. Do it with some meditation music or your favourite music that will help you to immerse into this idea.
Hopefully with day 1, 2 and 3, you have came to acceptance that the 4D is the real reality, impatience and waiting for your desire is a silly thing because you have everything in your imagination and looking for movement is pointless.
From this day onwards you can successfully occupy your desired state without being in the state of impatience, lack and waiting. If you find yourself doing these, then I suggest you do day 3 again where you go on a six minute rampage / vaunt with meditation music. Hopefully this challenge will allow you to fulfil yourself that you have your desire.
Disclaimer: I cannot tell you when your desire will manifest with this challenge, that is down to how well you enforce these ideas into your imagination and stick to it, but hopefully it has disciplined you to not be in the state of lack, state of impatience and the state of waiting. It will ease you into accepting that you have all your desires in the imagination and there is nothing more for you to do. It will hopefully allow you to make your desired state of consciousness into your dominant state -> reflecting it onto the 3D.
consistency is not repeating 10k affirmations a day or sleeping every single night with an aff tape on.
consistency isn't overconsuming loass content.
consistency isn't waking up every morning forcing yourself to be positive (I'm looking at you, law of attraction.)
consistency is choosing to think in your favor for every moment, every minute of the day, in the face of anything the 3D shows.
thinking in your favor does not = repressing/toxic positivity
do not assign bad meanings to things.

Damn, SP blocked me? Haha, I know I get what I want. But I can still acknowledge that I feel hurt and rejected and I feel that way because (here it comes - flipping the thought) I know I deserve better than this. I know that my dream self never faces rejection so let me be patient and reorder what I want from the universe. Let me recalibrate. I'm gonna just focus on reassuring myself, doing things I like - because the version of him that deserves me is on the way.
Do you see the nuance there? The difference between thinking in your favor vs not just having toxic positivity?
Guideline to example
Not repressing the emotions of hurt and rejection
Understanding that you give meaning to those feelings - do you believe them to be true or are you mature enough to understand that feelings are temporary and you must remain solid on what you believe despite what you feel?

(1) NO ONE TO CHANGE BUT SELF. 🍥Change your attitude towards the past which inevitably changes future towards that event .
💗It's not about that event. It's not about changing the past or the future, there's no one to change but self and self is simply your mind.
🍥When you experience something you disliked and it happened a years ago . Where do you think this experience is taking place? If you fear future, where do you think it is taking place ?It's all happening within your mind.
🍥Past and future only exist in the mind and you have the luxury to change what you wish in the mind.
💗The way you change self is to imagine with feeling anything you want,it must be something you want, not something you think you should want , something you have to want or else.
🍥Remove consequences from the mind, remove all punishments , impart yourself from guilt. Remove having to get things. Remove that stress. You do this by simply imagining what you want with the feeling of actual freedom to do so. A memory bothering you ? You find yourself cringing when you remember those memories?
💗 Ask yourself. Where is this taking place? Within Me.Who was cringing? Me . Who was imagining this ? Me. Once you reassure yourself that it's all within you , you change it. Ask yourself again. Can I change my feeling ? YES! Can I change it this how I wanted it to go ?YES! . Can I let this go entirely if I wish to let it go ? YES!Can I imagine what I wish ? YES! then do it , don't wait. Even if it's nagging you , don't fight but change it to what you want.
🍥If I'm imagining exactly what I want , the feeling will happen naturally. It must be exactly what I want or else I struggle to feel.
💗CREATING MY OWN HEAVEN IN MY MIND IS MY GOAL.
🍥Neville tells us not to live in desire. The Bible tells us to stop sinning. William Blake tells us not to suppress our desire. Take these words very seriously. If you have any tiny bit of desire , no matter how small . Neville tells us to fulfill it mentally. Keep pruning each day . Remove all the rules and consequences. Remove the outer world when you imagine. Remove all ideas of what you should do or have to do. Do what you want.
💗Whenever I am not not feeling and imagining well , the answer is : " I am not imagining what I want ." This is always my answer. The moment I actually go towards exactly waht I want , I become fulfilled. The fears go alway and bliss comes. I do not care what fear pops up. None of that matters to me. All that matters is that I fulfill it within me. MAKE CONSCIOUSNESS MY ONLY REALITY.
🍥Neville said this " You want to be free of all embarassment? How would you feel this night If you were not embarrassed, that not a thing in this world could embarrass you ? How would you feel where it so?".
💗When I assume it , I do not care about how it will happen or when or even if it is possible . All I care about is changing my entire feeling to exactly what I want. Then it's my own strange way, it grows my world. This is what I mean by giving yourself what you truly want . Find something deep that you want , and dare to assume it. This is what truly changes the "self" and that " self " will be expressed.
(2) LET GO OF CONTROL AND CONTROL SELF. 🍥There is no objective reality. Meaning the idea of coward to one is different to another. Everyone perceives things different. You may be grand in ones eyes but evil in another. The trick is not care about either and go to what you want.
💗Neville forgot to exercise the law. But he did not blame himself, instead he went straight to the law. He let go of all the HOW'S and slept in the assumption that he was married with that woman. He fell asleep as the one he WANTED to be. It was what his hearts desired. " NEVER BLAME, ONLY RESOLVE" - Neville.
🍥Who else can fulfill the desires in your heart, other than you?
💗Neville imagined to change his MIND. TO CHANGE HIS FEELING OF "I". He imagined to change the only thing that is expressed himself. Neville, at this time, knew he can change reality, if he changes himself. Since he was solely imagining on changing the FEELING of himself,he was able to persist regardless of circumstances. He did not care what others said , where he was at this world or his rejection. He ONLY cared about IMAGINING what he wanted.
🍥He let go of controlling his outer world and controlled himself. The world is reflecting self. And " SELF" is everything you think you HAVE and ARE. He may have got rejected and thought, " I am stuck . I have to stay there ". Instead, he changed himself , he changed what he believed he was and had in his mind. Now he believed he was back in New York. He HAS his bed back , his wife back etc. He has what he wants in his mind.
💗"This is how I do it: When I close my eyes this world is shut out and I , like Isaac , am blind to the outer world. Then I feel myself into the state of my desire. With my inner eye I see it all around me , I sense it's solidity, and when my five senses are awakened I have the feeling of relief, knowing it's accomplished. - Neville,Wonder Working Power.
🍥Neville removes the idea or concept of there even being an " outer self " when he imagines. He then FEELS what he wishes,see's what he wishes.
💗The great secret is the most freeing. It is to do anything you wish in your mind. You truly are the most high in your mind. You are powerful in your mind that NOBODY can imprison you, you can only imprison yourself. Nobody can free you,you can only free yourself. You are the RULER in your mind. You can be the king or the peasant. It is the entirely up to you, to what you desire to be in your mind.
🍥Don't think in terms of things coming to you. Think in terms of things coming FROM you. This means it was within you along.
(3)HE WHO WILL NOT LIVE BY LOVE MUST BE SUBDUED BY FEAR. 💗Fear will eventually , even if it is slow , conquer you, if and only if you are not filling your mind with what you love. If you do not choose LOVE you must be subdued by fear.
🍥The first manifestation of fear is withing the body. The body becomes afraid, the gut tightens and the muscles tense. Breathing becomes shallow and frustration start to form. These irritations then come back to the kind and the mind naturally starts to think of things it dislikes. Fear bears fruit of guilt, paranoia,uneasiness, sabotage, rage etc. But the ROOT is FEAR
💗The goal is to NOT change each and every fearful thought. It is not to argue and contemplate on the fear. However, doing that is not in itself harmful, but it is more of a detour. To get to the true heart of the issue, we must REMOVE FEAR ENTIRELY.The ONLY reason you are even thinking fearful things is because you FEEL fear. If you did not feel fear, you would not ever think fearful things.
🍥Do you fight them? Try to reason your way out of the feeling of fear? Try to force a good thought? This is the wrong approach. You still are not understanding who you are WITHIN if you do that. NEVER BLAME YOURSELF FOR FEARFUL THOUGHTS. Never blame, only resolve them within. You have the power to resolve to what you want. Don't waste that power on blaming yourself.
💗YOU ARE THE CREATOR. This means you are creating that fearful thought. When the fearful thought comes up, take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for it! See it as your creation! This means you are ALWAYS GREATER than what you are creating in your mind. The fearful thought is only there because you created it to be there. It has NO power of its own. It is truly all your dream.
🍥When you take responsibility for that fearful thought as your creation, ask yourself this simple question, "What is it that I would LOVE to think?" From here as the Creator, you can start to go towards LOVE. LOVE is the most powerful "thing" if you will, within you. Why? Because it never fails to TRANSFORM "SELF." Fear can be stagnant, but LOVE TRANSFORMS.
💗Your world is REFLECTING SELF. Since it is reflecting "SELF," then how can we transform "SELF" in the most efficient and best way possible? Through LOVE. By actually going within our minds and doing what we LOVE, having what we LOVE. This changes us at our very core.
🍥 From this new feeling of freedom and love, you will find it incredibly easy to think what you want. You will even find it harder to feel fear. This ease and love starts to become your natural State. People will start treating you in a better way. You won't even have to imagine every little thing going your way, it just will. Things you wanted months ago, start appearing in your world. Things that bothered you deeply, literally has no effect on you anymore. Why? Because you are no longer DESIRING, no longer FEARING. You are living in FULFILLMENT. Fulfillment in Love. You are actually living what you LOVE within, and this love expresses itself without.
(4)INNER MAN MUST BE EXALTED. 💗In order to feel completely free, you must identify yourself with the one within you.
🍥When Neville says "Leave the world just as it is and change self. No one to change but self," he means the self that is within, the only self there is. Why leave the world alone? Because it is only an expression of "SELF!" 💗That voice, the one in you that imagines, is YOU. THAT IS THE ONE WHO IS DESIRING. THAT IS THE ONE WANTS TO BE EXALTED. THAT IS THE ONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE THEIR DESIRES FULFILLED.
🍥You will identify yourself from within and you will grant your every wish from within. It does not matter if it is impossible, if your "SELF" wants it, grant it within. There are no rules for that "Self." If it wants guilt gone, then remove guilt in the mind. Feel forgiven and its all fine, that Self the true you, is desiring that. There are no rules that says you cant have. The beautiful thing is that the inner world can give you anything.
💗If you embarrass yourself in your mind, or hurt yourself, spark fear into yourself, you are doing that to "Self" the true you which is expressed. You worry about what society thinks, what so-so might think? Who is worrying? SELF! It is ALL YOU. Then you feel hurt, scared and you feel you can have what you want but who is hurt and scared? Your body? No, it is the inner you, the true you. The one who can shed its skin (state) like a snake. When you are fearing, who is doing it? THAT "SELF!" YOU. IT IS IMAGINING IT! But that "Self" does not want to feel that fear anymore, it desires to imagine something new. But since you identify yourself with outer-world and outer-self instead of your True Self and inner-world where everything is possible, you remain stuck. "SELF" becomes irritated, fearful etc. You feel fear in your body, your irritations, that angst will forever remain until you fulfill it within.
🍥You want to change ? Then leave the fearful, embarrassing, irritating world just as it is. Do exactly what Neville says. Then identify yourself FULLY with your True Self, the one that is desiring within. Then fulfill all your dreams to its fullest. 💗Identify yourself, not with this world, but with the one within, the one who is truly desiring.
(5)IMAGINING IS FUN. 🍥 Thoughts come FROM your feeling.
💗All those thoughts of fear, all those thoughts of what bad thing could happen, all the thoughts of "what if it never happens?" Every one of them, comes FROM the FEELING.
🍥If is the FEELING that is the cause of the thought, then that means the thought HAS NO POWER OF ITS OWN. That means the thought HAS NO TRUTH IN ITSELF. That means the thought IS CREATED. It means that if you change your FEELING all the thoughts necessary for you to think for your bridge of incidents are ALREADY LAID OUT FOR YOU.
💗 Change the word "belief" to FEELING. Think only in terms of these: Creating, Feeling and Thinking. You create the feeling you want and from that thoughts come. That is a STATE.
🍥 Remove this idea that beliefs are hard to change and they are blockages in your subconscious.
💗Change the word "belief" to "feeling" because the word "belief" sounds too difficult to change. But once you understand a belief is merely a FEELING (just like desiring is just a feeling), the idea of "changing a feeling" sounds completely achievable.
🍥Fearful Feeling gives birth to Fearful Thoughts. If you change your feeling, you would simply see there is no truth in your fearful thoughts. The only reason why you "believe" them to be true is simply because you feel it.
💗Remember we think-FROM our feelings, this is how we KNOW if we are in a State. So, just FEEL and FEEL and FEEL. Give yourself entirely to the FEELING (because the FEELING is your "end"), then you will NATURALLY THINK-FROM that position. There is NO WORK ON YOUR PART.
🍥FREE YOURSELF IN YOUR MIND ENTIRELY. Stop caring if it will happen or what will happen, REALITY IS YOUR MIND. IT REFLECTS "SELF."
