“do i HAVE to affirm?” no, but doesn’t it feel good to say nice things to yourself?
“do i HAVE to visualize?” no, but wouldn’t you rather daydream about the best possible outcome instead of the worst?
“do i HAVE to meditate?” no, but don’t you love some peace and quiet and connecting with your spirit guides and the source energy of the universe?
“do i HAVE to script?” no, but wouldn’t you rather write about incredible things that could happen instead of harping on old negative circumstances?
you don’t HAVE to do any methods or techniques to manifest. you manifest just my virtue of being a living, breathing, conscious human. but wouldn’t you rather feel good on your way to it? it’s about becoming the kind of person who lives their best life on auto-pilot, not practicing different methods until you get what you want and then going back to your old patterns. this ideal self shit is for the long-haul.
I'm going to be doing this challenge for at least three days, to really saturate my mind. I suggest taking at least three days to a week for this challenge, but do whatever feels right for you 🥰
First off, I want you to make your own set of rules for manifesting. Make a set of three to five simple, easily remembered rules for yourself. Some examples include: I always get what I desire; the more I want it, the faster it comes; whatever I affirm happens instantly; etc
Take anywhere from an hour to a week to repeat these new rules. Manifest these rules into your life, really feel them to be true.
After your time is up, if you truly feel like your rules are true, you're all done! Enjoy your new and improved self concept!
It really is this easy, there's no complicated steps for this challenge because of that. All you have to do is create that first stepping stone and every other manifestations will come to you much more easily.

I flew to another country because in my mind I was going to. I kept saying I was going to literally every the external circumstances felt were against it, but I didn't let it affect me, I just believed that it was real and that's basically it. Sometimes I overcomplicate this life, even though I have proven to myself that I can do anything I want. It's actually insane how we humans have these amazing abilities and when we realize and get connected we feel this divine alignment. Okay, so I will get into the easy things.

I will give you two distant examples that are not that different. Remember, the subconscious doesn't care if your thoughts are negative or positive.
Example 1
Thought: Wouldn't be nice if I could get to know my crush.
Action: I made a move, even the smallest one (such as talking/texting switching places to be closer to them/talking to their friends)
Letting go: Have faith that the universe has your back. Focus on something to elevate your vibrations and be present.
(This happened to me after I went to talk to his friends we were all leaving, but he was going to the same way as me, so I spent time talking with him)
Example 2
Thought: She doesn't care about me
Action: I kept acting cold toward and running away from her
Letting go: I let go, but instead, I lowered my vibrations with negative thoughts, so it felt like my day was going bad.
After this, she literally forgot that we were going to prom together and invited someone else.
Your circumstances do not matter
Last night, I was alone in my room, just thinking back on how life used to be for me and how I am so very grateful to be living the current life that I am living.
I was reminiscing on the fact that i manifested my life despite what I was going through and thought I should just let you guys know, IT'S OKAY TO BE THINKING NEGATIVELY. You're not going to be thinking that way all the time.

I used to be planning my suicide, calculating how fast trains or cars could go for me to be dead on impact at least once a day and I STILL MANIFESTED my dream life.
I knew that I couldn't fail not after over-consuming this much. I did my best to push away the fact that deadlines were coming (hence the planning of my demise) and yet I still did it.
If you need a post or two, or a few success stories to fall back and motivate you when you feel like giving up, save them and get off tumblr. Go out if you can, pick up some hobbies.
Idk where I'm going with this but come on, how long are you going to be delaying the life you deserve to live.
say it with me. your trauma is valid even if:
the ones who hurt you were/are traumatized individuals.
you are/appear functional.
it was not caused by a romantic partner or family member.
“it could have been avoided”.
no one knows about it.
“it’s not that bad”
other people had it worse.
someone went through the same experience and does not feel debilitated by it.
it occurred a long time ago / you feel just fine now.
the ones who hurt you have apologized.
