japanese school year begins in april, and i assume jujutsu tech follows the same timeline. shoko’s birthday would come first out of the three so it would be the first birthday sashisu would celebrate…!

we need more absolutely deranged and bizarre trans characters in media. victims of the weird little girl to sleazy car salesman pipeline. women who are cartoon magicians. characters who live in a broken down volkswagen bus for no real reason. sword cane owners who wear a suit every day and go to the dollar store like that. trans characters that are outcasts not because they are trans but because they are genuine little freaks <3 hope this helps!

with the tags and search officially being completely broken on all platforms (no new posts are showing up in them anymore), now feels like a good time to remind everyone that the only way to help creators is to reblog their stuff. even before the tags were busted most people found new creators through their content being rebloged onto their dash, and now, at least for the time being, that will be the Only way to find and spread things.

Fast reblog is a thing, you dont have to leave comments, you dont have to leave tags, just reblog stuff if you want to keep seeing new content being posted to this site.

and as a final note, with this change likes are officially completely pointless for content creators. up till now they served to boost a posts placement in the tag searches (a post tagged #girl with 40 likes would show up higher in the search than a post tagged #girl with only 10 likes,)

So my roommate doesn’t like swears. They make her uncomfortable, so when I send her memes, I do my best to censor out any swears in them so she can enjoy them as much as I do.

I was trying to send her this meme

So I went to censor it into the final form in MS paint

Simple process, just set the secondary color to black

So my roommate, whom I love dearly, just got a notification on her phone that only said

I REFUSE to believe that Sukuna’s damn tattoos are only visible to the audience. It doesn’t make sense.

The tattoos are so fucking cool. Why would they not be visible to the characters?? Anyway I’m gonna rant beneath the cut about why the tattoos are visible.

First of all, it lacks practicality for the mangaka and the show’s animators. There’s plenty of other indicators that signal to the audience, if not the characters, when there’s been a switch. The manga uses different fonts, the anime has cast separate VAs for Sukuna and Itadori.

If they really needed an indicator, the tattoos could flash as Sukuna takes control, but sink away. They could use a shift in music, there could be a distinct difference in facial expressions and posture between Sukuna and Itadori. If there were never any tattoos in the first place, I don’t think anyone reading or watching JJK would be confused about the switch between Sukuna and Itadori. It’d be efficient for the creators, but still obvious to the audience, to write the story without any tattoo indicators.

Secondly, it’s more confusing if the tattoos are just an audience-only feature. I could be wrong, but I can’t think of any instances in any anime where such a prominent aspect of the show—the main villain’s physical appearance—is only visible to the audience. It just seems needlessly misleading.

Thirdly, when Megumi first meets Sukuna, Yuji takes over, but the tattoos are still there.

At this halfway-stage while Itadori is regaining control of his body, if the tattoos are still visible, it would be VERY hard for Megumi to figure out who’s in control. It also poses a question for him & other sorcerers around Yuji:

If Yuji can control the body while the tattoos are still visible, then who’s to say that Sukuna can’t control the body while the tatoos aren’t visible? At this point, sorcerers don’t have an answer to that. Gojo says that the two are literally combined, so who’s to say if their minds have combined too?

THIS is is why Megumi, Gojo, and Yaga all had doubts about whether they were speaking to Yuji or Sukuna. They lacked information. They were cautious and curious, because the tattoos weren’t an absolute indicator of Sukuna’s control.

Lastly, if the tattoos really are only visible to the audience, WHY WOULDN’T GEGE MENTION THAT SHIT ON DAY ONE?

Am I wrong??? WHEN and WHERE did Gege Akutami say that the tattoos are invisible?? pls i need closure 💀

I'm losing my mind. We've finally found it. We've finally found who the "Mike" that Spamton kept talking about is. We finally know why he keeps mentioning the year 1997.

I didn’t practice what I was supposed To, for my piano lessons. And on the way there I drew this as a way to distract me

Seeing this makes me sad.

It seems like yesterday that I saw the promos for the series.

Now it's almost coming to an end. The people who worked on the show are leaving and this post on Twitter definitely implies that everyone is done and now season 2-3 are in production and being animated.

This show has helped me through some tough stuff in my life. Every week I would hog the T.V just to see an episode. I know it's childish but I loved the show.

I watched every episode on its air date. I rewatch episode after episode to the point where even my family would be so annoyed of the theme song. They always said, "your watching that Owl show again!?".

Hours upon hours I would make theories and predictions. I made so many theories, some of them were so stupid but I had so much fun. Hell, the show inspired me to make this Tumblr.

I was and am still obsessed with the show. I will never forget the day where I literally binged the show until the early hours in the morning. Or when me and my friends would talk for hours about the show.

This show is just incredible.

Amazing reputation with Lumity and Raeda. Our first gay relationship that isn't implied but actually seen and talked about.

Mental health awareness like with Hunter and Eda's curse and its metaphor. I have rarely seen a kids show tackle what this show tackled with Eda as a character.(with some exceptions like SU or LOK, Ect)

Our first Nonbinary character in Disney history that isn't a robot or something like that. It's an actual person! Having a Nonbinary character in a cartoon is BIG. Especially now. And Raine is that character.

Finally one of my favorite messages in the show. You dont have to have the same blood to be family. Yes, the found family trope. I love that trope so much and this show does it so well!

There is so much more I could say about how amazing this show is but I think everyone in this Fandom has said it before.

I know when the show ends I'll eventually find something else to watch but like many other cartoons I watched in the past, I will hold this show close to my heart.

Until then, I will watch the show when new episodes come out. I will continue to make theories. I will continue to make fanart. I will continue to love this show.

But I still want to thank the cast and crew for this wonderful show. I also want to thank Dana Terrace for creating one of my favorite cartoons of all time.
