learn about your external body. look up the functions of leg and armpit hair, and pores, and brows. You're less likely to want to strip away these aspects if you know their purpose.
Also look at the potential harm that high heels, bleach, etc. can cause to your skin, hair, psychology, and general health
donate, recycle or throw out potentially harmful products such as razors, wax strips, cosmetics, heels etc. I would recommend getting rid of one thing at a time, and easing yourself out of it
find pictures or videos of woman without any cosmetic treatment or at all. Notice the ways in which they are beautiful and important without regulating their appearance
practice remaining mindful whilst self grooming. If some part of your practice is exhausting to you, or you don't know why you do it, or it's solely for other people and not plesant, give yourself permission to discard it
say something kind and supportive to yourself in the morning when you look in the mirror, before you've gotten ready.
learn to embrace change- from fluctuations in your skin to the tangling of your hair to the arrival of your period- you are an organic being, and are not supposed to always look exactly one way
I think this is the most beautiful representation of a woman’s reproductive system, that I have ever seen till date!

Prom 2k14 with my girlfriend 😘 the best moment of the night was when a lesbian caterer came up to us and said “Seeing you two made my night. 10 years ago people like us wouldn’t be allowed to go together. Thank you” A memory that will last forever 💕
No better time than time spent with my girls.
I saw a post a few days ago that inspired this, but I couldn’t find it again so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyways, daily reminder to love your body and boop your body dimples/cellulite dimples while you’re at it.
Just under 50 million light years from Earth, this spiral galaxy in the constellation of Aries appears as if it’s on fire, and in many respects, it is, with star birth.
The huge amount of gas and dust that is creating this starburst may have come from a recent merger with a gas rich dwarf galaxy, which would also explain the lack of definition of spiral arms.
Worked upper body today. I MISS MY MUSCLES 😭😭😭
I need heavier weights because what I have just isn’t cutting it.
Also, check out how cute my workout buddy is. She’s here for the gainz yo!!💪🏼
Charla Harlow, 32, and Angela Harlow-Rothschild, 34, got hitched at the Weeksville Heritage Center in Brooklyn’s historic Weeksville neighborhood, one of the first free black communities in the U.S. They were married on May 28, 2016 on the grounds where some of the original homes built by the free black residents of Weeksville still remain.

I bound my breasts almost full time for around 2 years before I had my mastectomy. As a result, my lung capacity is reduced and the muscles around my ribcage are still much less strong than they were before I began binding, even though it has been over a year now since I have worn a binder or even a bra. I even bound ‘safely’ using an Underworks compression vest in the correct size, never with ace bandages or any other methods. I still can’t take a full, deep breath like I used to.
Does anyone have any tricks to regaining lung capacity and strengthening the rib/chest/abdominal muscles after binding? I’m not sure how to increase lung capacity itself or how to exercise the particular muscles that have been effected but I’d like to regain some strength if possible.
