What really takes me out of a good mlm fanfic is when the male characters call each other “bitch” or “slut”. Sorry but I don’t think that’s how men talk to each other. Yes I know I’m saying I’m surprised that I’m not reading mlm fics where characters call each other sissies or the f-slur.
