Hey everyone! You may recognize Dean from these posts I made for him. Both posts hit their goals very quickly and so the OPs have been deleted. We’re back one more time, though, because unexpected circumstances have come up. Dean is once again in a tight spot and the money raised so far isn’t going to cover everything he needs.

March 2nd, 2021- THE SITUATION: Yesterday Dean learned the landlord of his apartment building is selling the property and evicting all the tenants living in the building. This means Dean needs to find a new place to live by the end of this month and pay for the rent, deposit, and moving expenses, on top of his normal costs of living, all while receiving no income as his disability benefits are still suspended.

Dean has applied for Medicaid and is expecting to be approved sometime later this month. His disability application is going to take several months to be processed still. Dean is unable to work and is relying solely on donations right now to get him through to when his benefits kick in. He’s been living in this apartment for several months after a stretch of housing insecurity and he can’t risk not having a safe place to stay again.

hi guys!! sorry for going radio silent for so long i'm not dead 😅 school is getting more intense since we’re abt to go on spring break (idk why ours is so late this year I guess they think since we’ve been home since april 2020, we've already taken a lot a bunch of "vacation/rest time"???? it's so stupid but nyway our spring break is next week. my cousin managed to convince my parents to let her take me on road trip (her reputation as the straight lace responsible cousin helped a LOT) so we’ll be on our way to get It done. its cutting it kinda close to the deadline before 10 weeks and my anxiety ramped up like 10x worse but I feel better now that I know we’re going soon. im rlly rlly sorry if I worried anyone by going so long wo updating 💗💛❤️💗💛❤️💗💛❤️💗

yeah Ive completely given up on my other meds tbh, like it sucks not to have them but Im just focusing on raising enough for my insulin pens because the other meds won’t even matter if diabetic keto acidosis kills me first
