I was looking through the wikimedia commons page on helmets for a reference image for a character I'm drawing and I was jumpscared by a fellow with an atrocious haircut.

Some pictures of stuff I took with my microscope this past month, which is something I've been very interested in lately

Rough draft 12-frame walk cycle animation that I was working on. It was going to be a player character for a project I was doing in Godot game engine, so the goal was an isometric 8-directional walk cycle. I haven't really had the motivation to work more on it lately.

My buddy Ghost passed away 2 nights ago. I got him in 2011 when I was 4 years old. He was always hanging around his people and loved to sit on laps and beg at the table like a dog. He smelled like an old wool ski cap. I feel very grateful for being able to spend my childhood with him.

Heres some more miniature wood I did that I haven't uploaded here. The 2 at the bottom are the most recent ones, which I think look the best. time to start designing the full structure now for real

My cat, Flora, passed away yesterday. She was a very lovely cat. She had a quiet, squeaky meow, and never bit or scratched me. It has been very difficult that my two cats who I have had since I was a child have both died so close to each other. I really miss both of them. I do not want any more pets for now, but I have a stronger desire to volunteer more at the animal shelter near where I live and help the cats there.

Fasciated dandelion I saw in my yard today. You can see its size compared to the regular dandelion.
