i love ooc sweet tom riddle. think about how lovely he'd be only for you, because you're the only one who can melt his heart (before you two got together he hated this weird and new feeling that'd take him out of his routine but soon learned how you're the thing he most wants; needs). and he can't say no to you, ever. you wanna spend time with him but he's studying? forget it, he's cuddling you. you wake him up to do something together? no matter how stupid he might think the something is and how it's not letting him enjoy his sleep, he enjoys much more to spend time with you, so he's going. when alone he'd show you his sweetest side that no one else sees (that's why people would think you're crazy when you say tom is adorable, like, the head boy being called adorable?), calling you pet names (personal favs are love, sweetheart and doll), having you on his lap while he reads, not sure if tom would baby you when you're sad, prob would be bad with comforting words and think he's doing his best when he says he'll kill the one who made you cry (if you tell him not to, he won't) and he will be glad to hold you close and kiss your face — and maybe try another way to make you forget about what made you sad. in public, he's still keeping you close, just by being next to you. if you're the clingy type, his heart will ache every time he feels you being the one to start touches, such as holding his hand or kissing his cheek and even though he's not a PDA guy he won't pull away, maybe flinch with a cheek kiss and if he notices anyone staring he's going to give them an intimidating look.

𝐈. he's a gentleman.

everyone in Hogwarts knows him as a charming young man, but with you it's a whole new, different level.

— Tom likes to kiss your hand when he sees you — it doesn't just show his courtesy, but also how much he admires you and your reactions when it's happening. he wants you (and everyone) to notice that he treats you as his lady, respectfully. sometimes when you walk around holding hands, he can take your hand and kiss it when you least expect it.

— Tom offers his arm for you. — usually it happens when it's raining and the umbrella is too small to accommodate both of you, Surely it could be changed with a wave of a wand and a good spell, but would there be an opportunity to walk together like this? of course yes, but you both seem to like it that way.

— Riddle is always on time — this applies to both classes and your dates, this guy is never late, he's actually fifteen minutes early! he would never, ever allow you to wait for him.

— he always offers to walk you to your dorm — it speaks for itself, Tom is very possessive protectful of you and he wouldn't let anything harm you.

— Tom lets you sit first — he likes to pull out your chair for you before he allows himself to sit down, sometimes when you sit down, he kisses your cheek or nibbles at your neck.

names don't matter, they never did for Tom Riddle. that is, until he met you – suddenly he not only started adoring your name, but also using nicknames for it (even though he definitely loves your name more than that), like;

— my dearest — he likes to murmur it while kissing your hand, Tom really enjoys seeing your blush when it happens.

— miss (last name) — usually when he wants to tease you or you're frustrating him.

— my sweetness — let's say it, he's saying it only when you're alone, no exceptions.

Tom isn't all that affectionate, but he tries his best to satisfy you and your needs.

— hugs — he will never admit how much he likes when you're sitting on his lap and cuddling up to him, usually he just wraps his arms around you and starts to kiss your neck, that always is extremely encouraging to him.

— kisses — he likes kissing you everywhere, even though he's a gentleman, he likes kissing you passionately on the lips and enjoys seeing how much you try to kiss him back. kissing your neck is very... good, to him. Tom knows how much of a soft spot it is for you and he enjoys seeing you shiver. other parts of your body also were kissed by Tom Riddle, cheeks, jaw, shoulders, arms... it's impossible to exchange.

— gifts — Tom never had much money, so unfortunately he couldn't give you much in your Hogwarts days, but later - when he begins working - he starts buying you presents, mostly necklaces or rings... they're not expensive, but he's trying, really. his obsession love for you is just growing bigger when he sees your reactions to all those little nothings. once, on the anniversary he gave you something unbelievable, Ravenclaw's diadem, for you having a part of his soul in it was probably the most romantic thing in the world.

— his time — Tom listens to you and your stories, even when he gets grumpy or is busy, somehow you always can talk about your interests, vent about private things (that he definitely won't use in future) or just spend time in silence.
