i don't think i've ever actually talked about the dnd sketch but it is one of my favorite things in the entire world

rayllum in this sketch is amazing particularly callum he is SO down bad like "my character is a mysterious elf assassin with two beautiful blades to match my two beautiful eyes~~ ✨" like hello that's canon idc if it's a sketch that is canon

viren in this skit is genuinely one of the funniest things i've ever seen. i cannot emphasize enough this is comedy

I don't care how it happens, Father Time sneezes and an upsy-daisy happens. The usual suspects are up to shinnanigans... Hob accidently breaks some magical macguffin. But I really want to see 1389 Hob and 2022 Hob get mixed up in time.

Just think of it, 1389 cocksure Hob with non of the hesitancy of his 2022 counterpart. Grabbing poor, unsure and touch starved 2022 Dream like, I don't know where I am, or what the f*ck that is...(Insert convenient modern appliance) But this pretty is mine and I'll personally rip a new one in anyone who tries to take him/hurt him/ makes him pull the sad, weepy eyes face...With zero moral fucks given.

And 2022 Hob with all that patience and wisdom he's built up over 600 years... Dealing with the petulant, man child of an Endless Dream was in 1389. Dream about to break into an indignant rant about who does this insignificant human peasant think he is! ? How very dare!! ... Only to immediately be put in his place by Hob in peak professor mode.

It can get put right eventually. But the potential scenarios are just to delicious. 😅

I can't iterate precisely how yet, but this did change something in me. There's a sort of... hopeful determination that definitely wasn't there 4 hours ago.

I've seen so much shit about TDP season 7 being bad and like. What??? It's actually so good. Maybe it's just bc I'm more of a casual enjoyer (still obsessed) but like I thought it was really good. It all made so much sense to me, and I felt like everyone was still in character. Like even Harrow being in the bird made sense, I thought it was a bit silly but like, isn't that the point of the show. It's still a show made for kids (even though it gets very dark) it's gonna be a little silly. And honestly I loved that it was, it aligns so much with Leola's Last Wish. (Paraphrased) All children should know they are loved even in the dark. And to me that's part of what love is, smiles and silliness even (and especially) through the dark times. And after all why shouldn't Harrow be alive? Haven't Ez and Callum deserved enough pain already? And like the dragons killing Aaravos so Ez didn't have to, and/or Callum didn't have to use dark magic makes sense. The dragons have been helping/sacrificing stuff for them this whole time. Why not kill Aaravos too. Yes Aaravos will be back in 7 years, but that's 7 years they can use to learn and grow and find a better solution. I might make a more detailed post about this later. It just makes me so sad (? Idk how to describe what I'm feeling) to know that people were disappointed with it/think it's bad. I know it's bc it's just that important to them but I wish they could enjoy the wonderful masterpiece that is the entire show and each individual season and episode in turn.
