Whew, we survived christmas. Some of us feel bad, some of us feel the worst, but we did.
Now it's time to finish the new year calendars and notebooks and prepare for the new year with a good netflix film and some green tea.
I can help yall to don't forget about 5 things that you would probably like to have in your cute disordered diary to don't throw it away cause it's not perfect after a week.
Write the bmi divination and next to it count it for yourself (you know you love numbers, you know)
bmi= your weight÷(your height in meters × your height in meters) example: 1,50m height:
18,5-24,99-the correct value-41,6kg-56,2kg
25-29,99-overweight
30-34,99-obese
35-39,99-big obesity
>40-morbid obesity
You can find the bmi divination above the correct value on google.

Make a body check part-write date, weight and chosen parts of body to measure. Chose the dates that mean something for you, like the full moons of the month or every 14th day of the month etc.
Make a cute motivational part. You can put stickers, write kind words, just make it a warming motivation.
Safe food part. Write, or even draw your safe foods and write some kind, motivating words near so you can print this part into your brain and have it always when you binge. Then make sure they're always in home or avaiable so you can eat it instead of binging.
What works part. Write here the best options for when you feel you want to eat something sweet or salty or you want certain foods like cheese or bread. Sometimes your body just needs the witamin that contains that food and you can easily replace that with weggie or fruit.

So here are some ideas how to avoid eating as much as most people eat during christmas without looking sus.
Tiny portions are the key. You take spoon of this, teaspoon of this and somehow your plate looks so full of different dishes that people asume that you tried everything already cause they saw you taking food on your plate from time to time.
Make it messy. As you took some food on a plate, it already looks like you wanted to try everything. Make sure you mess it up a little so it looks like you ate some and left some because of feeling full.
When people watch you take a sip of water. Make sure christmas table contains not only soda and juices but also water. You can pour it in some fancy water jug and add lemon and tangerine slices to fit christmas aesthetics. Drinking a lot creates an illusion that you eat so much that you have to take a sip after every bite. It also can make you burp so it's another illusion that your stomach tells you that you had enough.
Visit the kitchen. Help to clean after every meal and make yourself a lot of tea. This creates a vision of you snacking and spending time in the kitchen. You can even get dirty some plates to show that you snack even more. This can help you with the excuses to don't eat a lot with other family members.
Help with cooking. You can have then a super-mom excuses which is "I ate so much of it while cooking I'm gonna puke if I eat this now" and of course the one who cooks doesn't taste while cooking, people who cook always call other family members to taste the food while they cook cause they feel the smell of the dishes all the time in kitchen so their taste is just not as good.
But try to eat some food, tiny portions, but eat, some of these dishes you'll taste only on christmas, you'll regret not trying them. Make a safe christmas routine.
Drink green or red tea to help with the digestion.
Stuff yourself with fruits and weggies so your body won't crave sweets.
Go on a long walks with family to burn calories that worry you.
Don't try to experiment with laxatives and other weightloss pills. You'll ruin progess you made before christmas. Just don't worry and try to stay the same weight but let yourself gain water weight cause you'll lose it two days after coming back on track.
Create a new year planner. You can buy one and prepare it for new year usage. If your family sucks you can probably make a whole meanspo part in new journal just from the comments you'll hear on christmas about you in general. Also it consumes time when you would probably snack.

Hope none of your clothes fkn fit for the new year. Hope you have to trek it out to EXPENSIVE boutiques to buy clothes that actually look good and have to pay a dumb amount of money to tailor them in to fit your new, sickly frame.
