- take an ebook in your target language that you wanna read - convert epub to txt - copy txt into unique wordlist maker (http://caerphoto.com/uwc/) - remove words in the list you already know - maybe focus on keeping the high frequency new words - make this list into flashcard deck badda bing badda boom

I did this with my Turkish copy of Animal Farm and pulled 212 new words for my Quizlet deck

Hello! I am a beginner to learning Japanese and I was wondering if you had any workbooks you recommend or websites you use,etc. I'm kind of stuck because I dont know where to start. I'd really appreciate if you could help me 😄

I highly recommend Maggie Sensei’s website! She’s so helpful, and her explanations are really thorough. Also, she’s on Twitter so you can tweet her if you’re unsure of something, and she answers comments too 😊

This is my reading journal for 2021! I really wanted to get back into reading this year, so I thought creating a journal like that will motivate me more... My reading goal is 40 books, I know its not a lot bit I am an engineering student and work part-time so I thought I'll keep it realistic. I used to read so much when I was younger, cause I didn't had any friends lol, and I really missed it!
