and you can aim for my heart (loreali not telling her about her engagement to luke), go for blood

but you would still miss me in your bones (all of the moments of lorelai’s breaking down because rory isn’t home)

and when you can’t sleep at night (the night rory turned 21th and laid awake in bed staring at the ceiling) you hear my stolen lullabies (rory dreaming about her tradition with lorelai / rory and lorelai both being awake in exactly 4:03 am)
