a lil hyper specific preg AU of the 3rd episode bc I thought it would be fun to draw idk!

[edit; plot twist from a convo with a friend: Flug suddenly has super strength bc of his paternal/maternal(?) instinct to protect his baby. which is kinda canon bc he did develop crazy power in the 6th episode when he felt like 505 was threatened.]

I am... horrible at socializing. pathetic.

over the past months it feels like I finally gained sentience and realized that there's probably people who wanted to be friends with me. they obviously tried. I could have really strong close friendships now if I wasn't blind af

particularly between 2021-2023 and I never regretted anything more because I would love to be friends but now when I try to interact with them I genuinely feel like I'm too late

like people were always commenting on my posts, making art for me, sending me random things in DMs!! offering art trades and things and my dumbass was confused

like that's so nice but! why? what? huh?

I'm rereading messages and old twt/tumblr interactions like brother they're so painfully obviously showing you love they try everything to start a conversation with you right now

but unfortunately I'm a brick wall

absolutely impressive. that I didn't get that.

I just suck at conversations tho my interests are so stupidly resticted and I feel like I'm awkwardness in person bc I'm trying too hard or maybe I'm just really cringe and weird the thing is that I really don't know whether someone doesn't feel the vibe but doesn't want to hurt me or if my brain is mean to me genuine concern bc I most likely can't read those social cues got that premium autism I came off SO distant which is not like me at all I was just OBLIVIOUS I'm absolutely terrified of starting DMs I spent my entire life letting people choose me never even really considered that I could do the same thing. when I see someone cool I COULD make random art for them and send them things in DMs and simply try to befriend them! just try! but (I'm aware I'm anxious overthinking) what if I only believe that I know what they'd like and in reality I completely misunderstand them and then I'm just annoying isn't that creepy too? they probably all already got enough established friends and have no space for someone new in Adult Life the risk and shame of failure I never had a real friend too (and in general last time when I was 14) so idk what friendship looks like. adult ones wouldn't even know if I'm doing it right why does socialization have to be so embarrassing. like that one post. “yes hello it's me again I wanna talk to you” pathetic
