I’m going to say this once and once only. The vast majority of people who ship Curly x Anya are well aware that it would not work in the current context of the game.

When it comes to these kinds of ships, people generally ship them in a context where the event that would prevent it didn’t happen, in this case: if Jimmy hadn’t done what he did to Anya/if Curly defended her or if Jimmy had never existed at all.

I’ll admit it straight up. I am a Curly defender. There was very little Curly could’ve done while they were in space, especially since they’d be down one person to take care of the freighter if they simply got rid of him. We don’t know if Curly had other plans to deal with Jimmy since we only see him talk and act BEFORE the crash.

Don’t go telling me that he was an enabler towards Jimmys behaviour. As a victim of sexual abuse myself, I understand why Curly didn’t act sooner. He felt guilty that he didn’t help Anya in the end.

Someone didn’t stop at a 4-way intersection and I was given such a fantastic opportunity to honk at this guy as much as I wanted to. I kept honking and honking and honking. Like 8 times I honked at this guy. At least 12-20 seconds of nothing but pure, pure horn. Also I was the only other guy at the intersection. It was my private little show.

So there’s this cursed Odypen I did when Ithaca saga just came out. I think it was too cursed to post so I didn’t. But today I realized there is nothing too cursed for this platform apparently.

Okay, you need to make sure you play this game at some point. Maybe not today or anything, because you’ll need about thirty minutes and a serious willingness to understand how it works, but - it’s so worth it. It’s basically an answer to our occasional frustration - why do assholes always come out on top? - and the beautiful thing about it is that not only does it explain how that happens, but also how we can change it.
